- Infrastructure is in the developing phase but still students will enjoy the enviroment in NIT Rourkela

Course Curriculum Overview
1) I choose this course beacause it was perfect according to my needs. It has lot of scope in GATE examination and is also a stable source of income 2)The faculty student ration in NIT Rourkela is 1:23 3)The faulty are highly qualified and most of them are motivated to help in studies 4)We have 2 exams in a Semester and 2 class tests for TA(Teacher's Assessment) and if your attentive in class then it is pretty easy to pass the examination.
Internships Opportunities
1)The companies offering intership are google, microsoft, Tata, Jindal Steel. The average stipend in 44000 which is good amount for a student in his initial phase.Along with tech companies many core companies also provide internship

1)In 5th Semseter campus student are eligible for intership and campus placements 2)The number of offers made where close to 1500 3)HIghest package recieved is 83Lpa and average package 12.5Lpa 4)There are close to 98% of students getting placed
Fees and Financial Aid
1)The fee hike in NIT Rourkela in very rare.If it happens then it is very mininal and if pretty affordable 2)I am currently a undergrad and a first year at NIT Rourkela thus I have no experience in it
Campus Life
1)The annual fest are-INNOVISION, COSMOPOLITIAN, NITRUSAV, VRIDHI 2)There are a lot of books and journals present in the library which can be lended and read 3)NIT Rourkela believes in all round development of a student thus it has lots of clubs, in which students can do extracurricular activites like dance, drama, script writing. 4)I am a member of Pantomime (The offfical Dramatics club of NIT Rourkela).There are lots of other clubs like Ritvic,APS,CYBORG,GDSE
Hostel Facilities
1)The room is decent enough with internet service, a LED light, a fan, and two study tables 2)The food in mess is beareable and good enough to gain nutrition.The menu is centralised and decided 3)The registration process in included in the admission process

1) 75% in Boards and atleast 75000 rank in JEE Mains(for general catagory) 2)You can find all the details about JEE Mains in the website- https://jeemain.nta.ac.in. 3)I have not availed any reservation 4) There is no significant change required in the admission process.
