It's a normal experience.

Overall the management has just left the college for hell. It's just like doing things for the sake of money and not for the improvement of the college.

IIT. I scored 68 which was enough for getting admission in that college because my rank was around 3.5 lakh which was quite better. I heard about this college from my friend and it is the first private college of odisha. So this was the sole reason of choosing it.

Course under BPUT is quite tough and vast I have to say. But it comprises all the subjects needed to skillfully complete the course. Constituting subjects like C, C++, JAVA, DAA, FLAT, DATA STRUCTURES,. WEB DEVELOPMENT, etc. Apart from it last year has been given free for training purposes.

No, the college itself don't provide the internship. But it very actively participates and helps you in training you for it and help in the best possible manner they can.

only students of Computer science, Information Technology, and Electronics and telecommunications get the best suitable jobs and according to their knowledge, experience and capability. Other than that the other branch student have to enter the software companies rather than core ones because not many core companies come to the college for campus placements and if any comes may be only with fewer job vacancies.

Total fee of the college including tuition fee and transportation charges are Rs. 99,900 . According to the style and level of teaching, the infrastructure, the classroom services and the other lab equipment provided, also including the bus services its not worth to pay this much amount. Small compact classrooms with old fans with downing speed doesn't create an educational environment. Even doesn't have specific labs for each subjects and have to manage with that much. Sometimes only one bus is only provided and doesn't matter how many students are there.

No there's no sort of scholarship which is offered by the college for categorized student. College having a trust but does not provide any kind of scholarships neither have I heard of any. But it provides details of other scholarship programs conducted at the same time.

Overall it's good and quite simple type of living at the college. Following a proper routine of attending the classes and which are not attended are spent among friends in the college canteen. There's are high ratio of boys in the college than the girls. Yes here you will too much diversity in thoughts, religion and state as well. Apart from college functions there is AERO club which teaches the members about designing drones and plane models. Sport event is also conducted that is intra, as well as inter college competition, are conducted by the college which gives the students good platform to showcase their talent.

The total amount for hostel and mess services is RS. 50,000 having RS. 15,000 for the hostel and RS. 35,000 for the mess. Taking this much amount for the mess is not feasible at all. Providing low quality food and also the food is not properly cooked as well. Sometimes large no. Of students have to sleep empty stomach because the meal provided is not liked by any and even after lots of complaints is not changed.

Now we have no information of the alumni network because our college doesn't have one. There's no official alumni club of the college where the previous batches could meet up and have shared their knowledge.

Exams schedule are very smoothly structured by the university giving sufficient time for the students to complete their subjects before the exams. A semester comprises 5 months including the exam schedule as well. All the subjects, assignments, internal exams, viva's and the semester exams have to be completed in this duration. College very smoothly conducts the viva's before the exams not making the students hurry in giving exams and submitting projects. Other than that internals and assignment are conducted monthly.

I just went there for admission. They asked me for the details of my jee exams like the rank and marks, I was also advised to submit the rank sheet as well. Also pre-booking was done and I had to pay a sum of 6k for the same. Then my registration was done by the college for the OJEE and the rest process was not informed to me. Then I was just informed to attend the counseling at baripada and given the dates and documents to bring with. Also the college officials were there to guide and also provided with the registration details they did. Then I had to enter the counseling room and just verify my information and then I was given a sheet which I had to present at the college and complete the rest procedure.

Honestly if said, apart from few of the know respectable faculties all the rest are just useless for the institution. The teachers are unable to complete the course as well. Me being a student is ashamed of studying but not have any other options but to somehow complete my course and do something on my own skills. Whether it be supporting staff or teaching, both have the tendency to delay up the work.
