Great education, Average campus life.

I completed my 12th in PCM, so without any further thoughts I chose Btech CSE and moreover I am very fond of Computers and Programming languages. Faculty ratio in the university vary based on the department. In CSE it is around 1 faculty for every 15-18 stydents. But compared to other universties in AP, the faculty in SRMAP are very highly qualified, with so many Ph.D's and degrees. If the students work hard and studies well, he/she can expect a SGPA of 9 or above, rest of the cases it depends on the individual. Faculties are easily acceesible, you don't need any appointments to meet them, they will suggest you their free slots and we can meet them in that particular time.

First the first batch of SRMAP fees for every B.Tech departments used to be around 2.5 lakhs per year. And gradually I have seen soo many changes in the fee structure. My previous batch fee for cse is around 3 lakhs per year. And the present 2022 batch are paying 3.5 lakhs per year. I think it's on the high side. In the near future, they may even increase the fee. Right now, CSE students have to pay more, compared to other departments. Coming to scholarships based on the SRMJEEE rankings one can expect 100% scholarship, 50%, 25% and in the least 25000 off in the course fee.

The campus life is average. Not more than 2-3 college fests per year. College life is average. Coming to the availablity of groceries, foods etc.. everything are very easily accesible in the university. University contains several shops and stalls including SUBWAY, BaskinRobins, Total Fresh, Many other top food stores. Library is decent. Students can access digital books too. Sports are good. Intrested students gets ytaining in their intrest sports. University contains several clubs like Cinema Club, dance, music and soo many clubs. There around 25+ clubs in the university.

Minimum scores required to be eligible to get an admission in BTech CSE is 70% in MPC( Mahs, Physics, Chemistry) in both 12th and 10th. Applicant can apply through SRMAP college portal for admission. After submitting the required details and forms, candidate will be asked to choose the admission test slots (SRMJEEE ). Once the test results are announced, the candidate will get an update about the admission in his application dashboard. There are chances of getting merit scholarships.
