- FFCS is one thing which I liked about vit. It helps in selecting our faculty and creating our time table by selecting slots and respective teachers.where we can create our own time table.
- Infrastructure is one of important thing we need to discuss about vit. As the infrastructure and planning of construction is top notch. Even though the campus is not completly constructed it is well executed and maintained as it looks good.
- In campus we will be having food court, grocery items and medical shop which helps us buy necessary things in emergency.
Dislikes
- If we need anything which is not available in campus then we need to travel 18km too Vijayawada .
- There are no shops or anything outside the campus upto 5km there is an empty land and if we need anything we need to travel to Vijayawada which of 20km from the campus
- Hostel booking is based on cgpa which everybody cant get an proper room which are interested in .even the cgpa is 8.7 I'm not able to select the required room to me.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum are excellent but the time for teaching or understanding the topic is not sufficient. College management should think of giving online assignment of computer subjects like leetcode so that we can complete or can solve these type of questions and our doubts of basic questions can be solved by respective teachers, In vit there will be no problem with the faculty as the students Itself will select the respective teachers from the list for each main courses there will be minimum of 15 lectures .In those faculty with our requirements we can select our faculty. Not all some of the faculty will teach well.
Internships Opportunities
We are having Cisco and TCS. I don't more about internship as I'm second year student .our college will provide 3months of time to complete an internship after 6 semester. Now we have industrial certification course we are a part of internships.
Placement Experience
Placements are decent but not excellent. Our college gives opportunity but unfortunately our strength is high, so we can't expect high packages for more number of people. Anyway we will be given a minimum package but we cant be able to get a good package as there is high competition.
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm not sure about the scholarship but some one said our college will provide scholarship and if a student from govt college in inter gets an good score in his district our college will provide free education with free hostel accodomation. Respective of that college fee structure start from. 2 Lakhs to 5 lakhs if we join through vitee. If we join through AP eamcet our clg fees will be nearly 70 thousand.
Campus Life
Every week on Saturday we will be having some event which coordinated by clubs. In our campus we have so many clubs technical and non technical clubs. Life is good at vit ap you can enjoy,work and can interact with experienced persons.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel and hostel food are pretty good and high in cost. Room cleaning and maintenance is very good.The food is average and serves different varieties of items but only problem is cost of it. In food we have veg ,non veg and special with only some difference.
Admission
I have written an exam called viteee.After the results we need to apply for counseling for 6000 rupees and select respective departments which we are interested according to ranking they will select the students For vellore,Chennai ,Ap and Bhopal all these campus has only one counselling.We can select any college and according to our rank or availability of seats we will get the seat.
