- I liked the orientation process and how smooth it was too get settled in.

- I disliked the cellular coverage near the hostels, it can be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses and curriculum are very good so far, we have mathematics, computer programming, physics, EEE, human values and ethics, entrepreneurial mindset, environmental sciences courses and more, so I think that the curriculum is well rounded.
Internships Opportunities
I have seen some of my seniors get internships at good companies such as Google, ITC etc, they have maintained good grades and participated in competitive coding, the stipend is usually around 25,000/- to 35,000/- depending on the company.
Placement Experience
I think the students become eligible for placements from the sixth or seventh semester that is in the third year of their degree, I have no information regarding the names of the companies visiting campus or the number of offers made, average package is around 10-15 Lakhs per annum, highest would be 30 lakhs per annum, I would say around 70 percent of students get placed and the rest go for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is variable dependent on what number of sharing rooms you would opt for like 3 sharing, 4 sharing, 10 sharing etc for hostel fees and the tuition fees for CSE is 3,35,000/-, the university offers a lot of scholarship based on SRMJEE rank and other criteria as well, these are mentioned in the SRM website
Campus Life
there are a wide variety of sports available to play like football, tennis, badminton, basketball courts, cricket nets and ground, lot of extracurricular activites such as coding clubs, welfare clubs, wellness centre, gym, online student portal for attendance, marks, fee payments etc, on campus subway, supermarket, baskin Robbins, Belgian waffle, cafeterias in every building.
Hostel Facilities
Wifi and 24by7 electricity, heated water, wardrobes, beds and study tables are provided, the washrooms are very good quality, the mess menu is very diverse with nonveg(chicken) or panneer as the veg option on 3 days of the week, with chicken biryani on every Sunday, we have 2 huge water filters on every floor, there's table tennis, foosball equipment on every floor of the hostel.
Admission
Admission process was easy, had to write SRMJEE, cutoff for CSE was around eight thousand rank, I liked all the aspects of the admission, even the fact that we had three attempts to write and pass SRMJEE
