Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is really diverse allowing us to understand better about our choices that we will be taking further while taking our specialisation. Although it might feel hectic a bit, but all these are worth it as during these times we will be exposed to end number of leadership talks that are conducted by various top leaders of the industries which further helps to deepen our knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
Interview oppurtunities are pretty decent although it can improved more if the stipend gets increased. The average stipend lies around 10k per month. different roles from diverse industries sectors are provided in these internships.
Placement Experience
The placements of the college are pretty decent with aroun 10lpa, The roles offered here are diverse as well, from finance to marketing to operarions etc. there's a lot options to choose from. There's a huge potentisl for career growth.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees are decent and there's also a scope of scholarships if scored good in the entrance exams. There's also scholarship available for student having defence as family background.Well. the fees sometimes might feel a bit much but the course curriculum and the advantages that are offered to a student is incomparable.
Campus Life
Campus Life is preety good as its a 16 acre lush green campus so its a big campus for us to explore and there are even many activities taking place frequently. Whole of campus is wifi enabled so that's an advantage. We have various clubs and committees that make sure every student is engaged with campus and thus helps us to avoidf monotonous routine.
Hostel Facilities
The college makes it compulsion to have a hostel as it's a residential program. Hostels are preety decent enough with decent mess food atleast better than other colleges in Bhubaneswar. The hostel fees is altogether a different structure that's seperately provided in the fees structure.
Admission
The admission process was very smooth. I applied for IMI-B through cat and the cutoff for the college was around 70 percentile. My interview included two aspects one being the wat test and second being the pi round. Both the rounds were conducted back to back and whole process was conducted within 45 minutes.
Interview Experience
During my selection process,I didn't face any group discussion round but I was tested on the basis of written test, where a topic was given and I was needed to write on it for 5 minutes and then the next stage was the interview round. My topic was Tourism in West Bengal.
