Course Curriculum Overview

I got a seat in BCA last year. the faculties are quite good and hold post graduate and doctrates degrees. BCA syllabus is quick to learn when taugh by them. There is one teacher for each 20 students, having enough rooms to ask questions and clear doubts.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

KCC institute of legal and higher education provides Internship opportunities to their students, as my classmates tols be about that, many companies came last year with good internship opportunities and many studnets grabed those opportunities

Placement Experience

Placement is noty guaranteed but an average of 90% is not bad at all. My companies visits the cmapus every year to hire studnets and offer attarctive packages. Last year, my classmate received a package of 14 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The BCA fees is 80000 per year and i paid teh fees in full for teh first year. I got a fee waiver of 25% for my good marks in 12th and later, applied for a loan to pay the rest fees. The process of applying to sanction of loan was simple and took only a few days.

Campus Life

There are fiffrent fest on camus every year. I never miss them as i find it amazing to meet people. The library is well stocked but cloud be bettr. it lack books that interest me but for course study, there is plenty.

Admission

I scored well enough in the IPU CTE Exam conducted by GGSIPU to qualify for admisison to BCA Course. Everthing was done via online, form applyng to fee submission and counselling, and within a few days, i received my admission letter.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

Secure and Affordable Hostel Stay at KCC

I appeared for CUET but didn't get admission through it. Due to high cutoff,I choose KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education because of its affordable fees structure and decent academic environment and good faculty for BCA. Other colleges had much higher annual fees, which made KCC a more budget-friendly option for me and my family. I choosed this college because of it's campus and aaffordable fees structure.
