Management is strict and responsible as it should be in academics and even hostel maintenance is good, M.tech students may find it a bit too strict, but it is good to get accustomed to regulated lifestyle. Sometimes management also should see the problems faced by the pupil as the lower levels of management may misuse this at times.

VLSI DESIGN course constitutes, 4 semesters 1st sem: basic and advanced digital circuits, physical design theory, semiconductor theory, analog design, engineering mathematics and English. VLSI lab 1 includes Verilog basics and simulation. 2nd sem: advanced analog circuits, Static timing analysis, low power Circuits, Reconfigurable circuits/ FPGA basics, advanced digital circuits. Yes, well-established companies in all fields are queued in our placement cell offering internships for students for both Mtech and b.tech. Companies like Synopsys, Intel, Maxim technologies, Bosch, IBM etc are seen in VLSI and Embedded systems field

Placements are almost near to 100% since last 3 yrs, 1 bulk recruiters: which requires almost 60 to 80% of attendees, companies like TCS, INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, WIPRO, CTS etc are in this category. They offer 3.6 to 4lpa for m.tech and 3 to 3.8lpa for BTech students.

Tech fests for every department are conducted annually, which are eagerly participated by all th3 departments Cultural fests, sports events, Student-organized events are very frequently such as innovative ideas, dance performances, singing performances are refreshing things to attend.

At present Mtech fee structure has changed from my admission. Per semester 72000/- is being charged as tuition fee now in Bengaluru campus. A caution deposit of 5000 which will be refunded gas to paid at the time of joining. Hostel & mess fees includes 86000 per year, and 5000 caution deposit. The gender ratio is mostly equal in UG courses, in PG courses it is hard to find an average ratio.. but no discrimination is allowed in any area, management, and professors take this as a college conscious step. All the students are given equal chance to improve, no racial, religious or linguistic differences are shown in the part of student life.

Senior junior interaction is friendly and my seniors especially helped me throughout the course when I needed guidance for the project, even selecting an elective etc.

Exam structure is not too tough and not too easy for the student. Internals are conducted frequently in every month to assess student understanding

I have applied online with gate score card and opted for VLSI design I also got a chance to opt for Power electronics and embedded systems. I got a call letter form college, To attend the admission meeting facilitated by Dean of the univeristy campus bangalore which is a custom followed for every batch during admission and follow the procudure for admission.

Faculty are student friendly, in classroom teachings are completely interactive. Students are encouraged to reach the faculty for any sort of guidance and doubts. Faculty chamber is open to all the students for working hrs.
