Likes

Free bus facility that helps to reach very easily
Teachers are very good and gives efforts to explain the topics.
The infrastructure is very good and the Environment is very green and fresh.

Dislikes

Odia language is given preference which is problem for non odia students.
Girls are not beautiful and they get new boyfriends every week.
Nalini Kant gives problem inthe exam cell he never talks to us politely.

The curriculum of the course is very accurate tfor the course. The subjects tought are very useful and we can learn many things from the course. Some teachers needed to be removed from the college like THe worst Teacher Nalini Kanta .

the internships are given by the college to very few students and the rest are given the reference of good internships . Internships are mandatory for students each semester and required at least 3 NPTL couses certificate to get the certificate.

Placement Experience

Campus placements are very good . this is the only goodthing in college . the college gives highest 28LPA and lowest 4.5 LPA. good companies like accenture,TCS, etc comes to our college. an average 95% of the students gets placed in the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fess are high and they charge a lot for the useless hostels . The college provides no assistance after you take admission they just want one thing that is money. the will squeeze out the money from the students to give payment to Nalini kanta.

Campus Life

the college only teaches us and no other extra events are orgnised we are only called for classes they even take classes on sunday. I am very depressed from this college life . Nalini Kanta organised a fest that was very usless no good events were organised .

You have to be passed inetrmideate with Physics , Chemistry, Maths and Computer . You can find the application form Online on the Official website , and there was application fees like Rs1000/- and the application was started just after the commencement of the results.

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
