Course Curriculum Overview

In DRIEMS university cse branch there are many Facilities such as there are many computer lab , good teaching facility ,more chance of placement in this course .College provide us soft skill classes , communication skills and also provides free gate coaching for the students.if the college will provide more good teacher the cse brand may improve more

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee is permanent no increment is there. The total course fee is 1lakh 43 thousand . In 4 year you will spent up to 6 lakh and hostel fee is 53 thousand per year and semester fee is 2800 . Yes there is scholarship scheme for the students

Campus Life

Per year there is a festival or function for btech students named as vasantika . There is a very big library in DRIEMS university there are thousand no. Of books present in the library for all branches. There are smart class room present in every branch along with ac class room. There are also Indore sports complex in college

Hostel Facilities

There are 4 beded rooms in our hostel and 24 ×7 WiFi facility is there hostel canteen provide 3 times food for student breakfast , meal and dinner the quality of the food is average Weakly there is 4 times non veg meal provide by hostel canteen.

Hostel Fee: INR 53000 per year

Admission

To eligible in btech CSE in DRIEMS you have to 1st complete you 12th board and you have to appear JEE exam.there are marketing staff of DRIEMS you have to contact with them for the admission . If you gave 10000 rs the college management will reserve a seat for you.exams are held in 6 months of gap in a year , yearly there are 2 semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

First reason was that it was cheaper in fee as compared to other colleges at that time but now they have increased the fee also later stage I realised that I did mistake choosing this college over the available options like silicon institute of technology,cv Raman University and SOA around similar fee structure with better facilities and placement stats.
