College management was good , college building was good.

Through counseling held in Mumbai in 1997 for admission in Nagpur for B.E. Electronics. College was in City and one of my friends was already perusing the course.

The course curriculum was well structured. Electives were in the final year for Electronics students. RADAR, Satellite communication subjects were among electives which I can recall now. These subjects were mandatory in electronics and communication engineering and elective in electronics engineering.

No, College was not providing internship of any type at that time. No Stipend of any type for the internship.

There was campus held for all colleges of Nagpur in our college for the 1st time. Wipro came for campus placement and I was among one of the candidates who got selected. This campus placement was held in the year 2000. Only two students from my stream got selected

There were two types of fee structures in our college: one for local students and one for outsiders. Outsides fee was eight times the fee of localities which was expensive when compared to colleges of North India at that time. 8000 per year for locals and 32000 for outsiders

No scholarship No Loan facility was offered by the college during those days

Hostel was outside college campus and it was very spacious and well maintained. Mess was cooperatives mess and food was awesome.

At that time there was no alumni network and senior students. No frequent conversation with senior students

Exams were annual. The time duration of final exams and practicals before the exams was quite lengthy. Internal and external practicals start in the month of January followed by internal theory exams and final exams. All this ends with a long span of approx 5 months.

Through counselling held in Mumbai in 1997 for admission in Nagpur for B.E. Electronics. Counselling was on the basis of marks scored in 12th Standard. PCM % was taken into consideration for admission process. People with higher % were offered seats on colleges in Pune and Mumbai. After Mumbai and Pune, Nagpur was the preference.

The faculty was really good and caring for students. Faculty and department HOD's were concern about over all development of students in addition to academics. Faculty used to focus more on practical aspects of the subject for the better understanding of students.
