I am got selected through AIEEE entrance examination with all India rank 110000 for the undergraduate course in a chemical. I got 82 marks in AIEEE exam and 72% in hssc exam. One of my relatives also done his graduation from this college and got placement in IOCL Panipat through college placement and it is near to my home and fees is also reasonable.

Yes, college provided good internship for 2 years, 3 year and final year students. General the stipend got by students in 4k to 5k but it is limited to 10 to 15 students. Not all student got any kind of stipend. But that sure all good internship in good chemical industries such as iocl, NFL, Pepsi etc. Only 5 to 5 company came to college for internship and got internship outside the college. The overall experience was good as it helps to relate theoretical knowledge with the practical knowledge, that helps to increase understanding. Students mostly got their internship in production.

Placement and job opportunities are no good for the chemical engineer. It is only good for computer and electronics they got good placement in MNC companies such as TCS, Wipro etc with package up to 4 lpa.around 70 to 75 % students were placed each year through campus placement or out campus placement.

There is a large number of events celebrate all over the year. First, all department conduct there individual fest such as for computer science fest, electronics fest, chemical era fest, mechanical mastermind fest, are worrier fest, it fest, sports era, etc. There is a large number of the fest like there is no fest every month and everyone will free to participate in any event and all the fest organized by student and funded by JMIT management. Alumni network and senior students were not so good but they help there junior if you made proper contact with the seniors. The many of alumni were not on high post. Only a few were in high post in inductility they defibnatity help there junior to get good placement in their company.

Exam structure is quite good because they gave proper vacation during exam which helps students to score good marks and make student life little bit chilled during the exam. The faculty level in jmit is not so good all the faculty are only mtech maximum. The standard of teaching no so good, if you will do something they definitely help you to do research. Teacher are only good in tough the course subject, they don't help you to think outside of the box. They only focus on completion of course. But you got full industrial experience in so nearby chemical industries. Two to three teacher make the teaching interesting by giving good quality of examples.
