Qualified teacher is available in our university.
Canteen is very good. Neat and clean. Also good staffs.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good. There are many opportunities in market after completing the course. Teaching methods is also very good. Our teacher teaches us with very carefully. There are two semesters in a year in our university. Odd and even.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies are offerrd internship in our university.like in EEN dept WBSEDCL, WBSETCL etc. Also many private company offers internship for our students in University. Many projects is doing by students in our university.

Placement Experience

From 7 th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit our college. The highest package is 50 lakh. And average package is 8 lackh. 80% of students get placed in last year(2023).

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships which students get in a year. These are Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means, Merit cum Means, OBC scholarship, post metric etc. Many companies are coming in our university for their company recruitment.

Campus Life

There are many festivals held in our university. Also Tech Feast held in our university. And also freshers program held as well as in different departments. Many sports competition held in our university.

Hostel Facilities

There are very good hostel in our university. For boys and girls. Boys hostel has 19 floors and girls hostel has 15 floors. Hostel room are very neat and clean. There are 18 rooms in a floor in the hostel. The food quality of the hostel is very very good.

Hostel Fee: INR 4100 per year

Admission

For B.Tech in HS Physics Chemistry and Math is must. The application form is available in online. Application fees RS 400 only. Exam is held once in a year. Teacher is very good and their behave is also good. Lab faculty is also good.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
