The coarce curriculum is quite outdated but it is the same as any ordinary Btech coarse one can not expect anything different from academics it is the students which make the difference. The teachers are highly qualified individuals one can learn as much he wants but that is not involved in the curriculum. The areas of improvement are 1 Coarce can be more practical based 2 marking scheme should be logic based The exam frequency is quite high every semester consists of quiz midsem and endsem with each having 5to7 subjects Difficulty level is low as everything asked is from the material provided

For internships student has to go for some extra efforts for that one has to work on one project atleast And has to maintain atleast more than 7 CGPA Companies such as Goldmans Sachs IBM Oracle offer intership programs For Internships one has to be under guidance of professors who can enhance the chances by giving industry relevant projects .

Placement of college is more that 90 percent with the average package revolving around 15LPA students are eligible for internships in 4 th sem and placement starts from 3rd year itself . There is a wide range of companies will visiting the campus from Microsoft Google Oracle IBM L&T Goldman Sachs College being in the same state as of Bangalore gives an edge for placements Highest package for this year's season is 55LPA which usually for every year is around 50 LPAs My plans after degree is to get work experience for few years then work for my own construction firm .

Scholarships are available for students with weaker economic background For students belonging to SC ST category tution fees is not applicable also they get 50000 to get laptops The complete cost of education for 4years can go upto 8 to 9L for general and OBC students without any scholarship Stipends are awarded only for students working under any projects For students selected for any inter NIT games they get additional money for maintaining diet and training which goes upto 1000per month And students participating in NCC are awarded with coupons after Every session 100 per session

The year is filled with fests with the main event being INCIDENT which takes place in the month of March E Summit which is based on entrepreneurship is held in February HESC conducts Hindi pakhwada in the month of October Another important fest is college's tech fest ENGINEER The campus has 2 libraries Central library which is open till 5pmand e Library closes at 1 am which has books Covering all the coarces provided by college All the classrooms have projector and speakers College has two sports complex Sports like Kabaddi Football Cricket Table tennis,Tennis ,yoga and basketball are present with a Olympic size pool under construction The college has more that 40 clubs from technical to hobby like IET IEEE HESC Ecell DDFC Every interest is captured by the clubs and students can be involved in them as much they want . Throughout the year some college is conducting its major event

Students can expect much from hostel All the basic facilities are provided as watercooler Rooms are 3sharing for first year 2sharing for second year and single rooms for 3 and 4 year students Hostel is available in hostels and student can take any mess . Hostel is the most affordable entity of college but it does not come under any scholarship program Mess meals are nothing more than edible , meals are served in buffet system with non veg and veg mess being seperate. Decent hygiene is maintained in the mess All and all the hostel is good and mess is like any average mess

The admission process was through JOSSA . I was preparing for JEE MAINS through ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE. My rank was 22247 , the admission process which was involving submission of those documents which were already submitted in JOSSA , it was time consuming as alot of students were involved.
