Remarks

At last I would like to say some few words for my college,I learnt many things from my college. I would like to thanks to my faculty members my friends,our college management. Thanks.

Entrance Preview

I have given Orissa JEE entrance exam. Based on my rank,I got chance to get admission in my college. I have joined the counseling which was conducted in bhubaneswar. From there I have selected my college.

Internships Opportunities

Our college used to provide scholarships to the students who scored the highest mark in the semester exam. Through my college I got chance to do my internship in a core industry.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunity is not frequently in my college. In my batch we got chance less companies for the interview. But anyway,few members also got selected in some it companies.

College Events

We had celebrated many event in our college. Sports events,Cultural activity etc. But the most part is very interesting is we use to celebrate our college function with full intensity.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is average for us. We have to make payment our college fees from the beginning of the year starting. Before they use to notify us the last date & day. Accordingly we need to deposit the amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

They use to provide scholarship to the merit students based on their performance in the exam. But we had not have any facilities to get loan form the bank.

Campus Life

Yes we had got many opportunities to participates in the many workshop events through our college. We also got some awards in the event in robotics. Our college also conducted many debates competitions.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms and arrangements were good for us. But the food was not so good.Many times we used to have our dinner at outside. The time table of our studies was good.

Alumni/Alumna

No there is no connections to my senior persons. But one thing I found my best buddies in my college carrier. We have a strong friendship which never ends till the end of my life.

Exam Structure

We use to face two semester in a year. The exam was conducted by B.P.U.T.We had option that if a student was not able to clear one paper,then he has a chance to appear the test in the next semester.

All the faculties and trusties of my college are very helpful to their students. They treated all the students same in every activities. The Director of our college is ready to help every student in every situation. If he had found any student in trouble,

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
