Course Curriculum Overview
As national institute of technology suratkal karnataka is one of the second top most nit in India that's by and I have interest in this course that's by I choosen this course. The curriculum helps me to prepare for real world application as the teaching sence of college is one of the best. There is no need of improvement in the course curriculum and teaching level because college is running form 70 years with good opportunities. Timings of exam are in morning for mid sems and end sems and for quiz and tests timing are in evening after classes
Internships Opportunities
Many companies as i mentioned earlier Amazon Microsoft Oracle goldmansc etc. And project opportunities as i am in 1st year I did not know about the placement and for project tasks you can visit on nitk offical sites
Placement Experience
Student are eligible for campus placement in 3rd year. Many companies like Microsoft tcs Oracle goldmansc etc company visit college. Highest package of college is 54 lakh and average package is something 12-14 lakhs. Total of 95 percent student get placed. After completing degree my plans is to crack UPSC
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees for college is same for all the semester only at the time of admission tution is more after that for other sems it is same. Complete cost of education is for institution fees 4 laks 80 thousand plus for mess fees 2 lakh 56 thousand. Scholarship are provided on the basis of family income and catagory wise. Currently no stipend awarded as i am the student of 1 st year
Campus Life
Name of the annul fests is engineer which is held in every odd sems in a month of October and cultural fests name is incident which is held in even sems in a month of March. There are two library in college one is central library and other is e library which is of great facilities and technology. Sport and extracurricular activities are going with every day study like after class you can play any sport or any activity you can do in which you are interested. So many students to social works most of senior.
Hostel Facilities
Bed chair almirah window and fan. Meal quality is good most of the times but some time it is not better as you think mess menu is very best every day you will get different different things. Registeration process for hostel are provided by college itself on the office app provided by college. There is no locality near college.
Admission
Jee mains. Application form is available on the site of nta and form fees is different for different different category student for genaral it is 1000 application date are also announced by nta exam are conducted in 2 attempt one is in January and other is in April. Reservation benefits are applicable according to the catagory wise. Timings of exam are in two shifts one is in morning and other is in evening in morning 9 to 12 and on evening 2 to 5. Admission area does not need any improvement.
Interview Experience
Topics of gd group discussion are given by the class teacher on current affairs or the history. Admission process is by counseling after the final result announced of both the attempt when rank is given on the basis of percentile. No need of preparation is needed in counseling round you can see in YouTube or when you are enrolled in coaching they will do your counseling.
