- Social Life at the college was at peak. There was always something going on in college. Elections, Diwali Mela, Annual Fest.
- Faculty was fantastic in their field. They had all the experience and their way of teaching was fantastic.

Dislikes
- Infrastructure was not that great, but it was decent.
- Campus placement was not great for science students which was a drawback.
- Hostel were not available for students, but i think they are available now.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course offered at the college was comprised of both core subjects as well as electives of our own choice(from any stream). The core subject pedagogy in the lab was both theoretical as well as practical. And given the college's reputation in terms of Chemistry Honours, it was immensely popular in the university. The college was the only one that provided a diploma in forensic science, which was a plus point in choosing the college. Exams were held for both theory and practical. The curriculum was well designed to touch every aspect of the overall chemistry subject. Subjects ranged from Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical, green, Pharacheutical, etc. Exams were held every 5 months.
Fees and Financial Aid
Given the college policy, it had the highest fee structure among other DU colleges, but there were no fee hikes during that time. The college offered various scholarships based on income and reservation categories.
Campus Life
Social life at the college was one of the best among Du colleges. It has an annual cultural fest(Lashkara), which is organised by the Student Committee every year from Feb- March. It is hosted by famous singers from all over the country. It is a 3-day fest, having different competitions from different clubs and committes. There is also a Annual Sports fest (Khel Utsav), which is an inter-department sports event of almost every sports. Apart from all this, college offered many clubs and committees ranging from dance to music to photography. Students could cater there interests and hobbies by joining these clubs. Students have full access to library resources and during my time i didnt had to buy any book as they were readily available in the library.
Admission
The course was for science student(Med and Non-med) and admission process at that time was based on merit list based on 12th class marks of core subjects(Maths, Physics,Chemsitry). Application form for admission was only one for all the college in the university and the courses could be selected based on candidate's interest. My college being run by Gurudwara committee offered reservation to Sikh Minority and other reservation policies were same as other colleges. Now, instead of merit list, university has adopted an entrance test.
