Everything here is fine but one thing we miss here is infrastructure the buildings here are very old and less maintained.

Jadavpur University is a dream for many people, it is ranked 9th in all India and has ranked 5 the in the overall section by MHRD india.campus is vibrant and situated at the soul of the city. Students here get placed in many multinational companies like Microsoft, sap, Amazon and many others. This was my main reason to choose this college

The course here are in complete compliance with what the industry needs, most of the classes here are practical based and teachers here are well qualified. Although the infrastructure here is quite old, you will still find out old-fashioned type classrooms here. The campus has a vibrant culture which helps you to grow both in academics and in co curricular activities.

Internships are provided by the e cell of our college every summer and winter vacation. They will organise an open interview sessions where people can come give interviews according to their convenience. Our college provides numerous opportunities

As a tier 1 college you can expect that placement here are well in accordance to IIT's. In 2016 one of our student got an average package of 1.1 crore offers by Google Singapore. This year highest package offered was 42 lakhs and the average was 19.26 lakhs.

Events are the boom of every college, in Jadavpur University u will be overwhelmed with the events till you go out of the college. There will be freshers night, quiz competitions, dance competition and many more cultural events. And there is also an annual event which is called sanskriti. Here u will feel that you are at the best of the best place in the world.

I would that there is no fee or very minimal fee. Here u will complete your engineering is only 10k rupees. It is one the cheapest engineering college in the world. Still the poor people here get a scholarship. It is feasible one compared to many colleges which charge lakhs of rupees from u without giving u a proper placement

As a student of ju I can assure you that you won't need any type of scholarship as the fees here is very minimal it costs around 10 thousand rupees to complete your engineering . It is the cheapest engineering college of the globe.

Campus life here is the best in all over the country. If you are staying in a city which is called the city of joy. People here seems to be an interesting part. Here we have different type of clubs which provide deep insights to students passion. Over college also organises model united nations to help u to grow your speaking ability.

Although I am not at the hostel but still I have heard from one of my friend that the hostel fees is RS 25 only and the mess fee costs around 2000 only that's cheap enough, and from Bengali people u can expect a great quality of the food that u eat.

Seniors here are the best if you make good connections with them, they will help you out any sort of difficulties you face during the college time. Alumni association is quite great which organises great competition to boost your confidence in handling up the companies.

Exam structure is quite common like many IIT and NIT questions here are quite easy type of you follow up the notes by the professor, never miss any lab class or else u will be in danger these classes count the most. In common to all branches u will get around 15-20 questions to do in 3 hours of time.

Firstly a student has to give wbjee entrance exam and has to rank under 5k to get admitted to this college. If a student satisfies this condition he has to opt for online counselling process and fill out the choices according to which branch you want. Then finally u will be called to one of the reporting centres to pay the counselling fees and document verification. And boom u got admitted to ju.

Facilities here are quite well qualified here u will find highly dedicated although teachers here speak in bengali language that the main demerit. Faculty here act like as if you are their friends and never treat with you with a bossy nature, I love the college and it's faculty.
