- first thing I like is placement opportunities for mining branch. it is pretty good incompare to others.
- festivals and other curricular activities they are also very good.
- we got a Wi-Fi in our hostels room . network connection is slow but its managble.
Dislikes
- first thing i disliked is the hostel food the qualities of this foods are so much bad . according to fees we paid for this.
- then the senior things that are happened in evry government college it is really bad here
- there are nothing more to hate about this college other things are normal like other colleges
Course Curriculum Overview
there are not muvh aspects of the curriculam that influenced my decision to choose this course. my father also work on the same field that now im studying that's why. The curriculam prepares me very well for real-world applications or further academic pursuits.hmm if we going to say about the frequency and timing of exams aalong with my perspevtive then it is pretty good.
Internships Opportunities
as I did'nt go to any intership yet so i don't have much knowledge regarding this but as far as i know the companies offers valueble and good post when we go there. as my thought the lab posts are pretty good.
Placement Experience
from 7th sem students are elligible for this. companies visited- jsw,imfa,kccl,nalco,vedant,adani etc. highetest are 16LPA 7.5 CGPA students gets placed . i want to do MTech after getting degree as i want to study in a IIT in my near future that's why i want to do this
Fees and Financial Aid
as i read in a governmet college so the fees are lower then the other colleges. my complete cost of education is 70,000 rupees. including hostel & college fees. im alligbles for one goverment scholarship (state goverment scholarship portal). it provides me 20,000 per annual. i has taken of roll hostel representative & sports repretative.
Campus Life
evry year a annual function is being celebrated in the name of UTKARSH . every books are avalaible in our librery releated to our study material and sufficient amount as per all sudents. to be honest in classroom there are not muvh facilities . ther should be a ac in the classromm it cause so many problems. there are pretty good overview of spors and extracurricular activities. ther are so many groups that are run by the students like there are google grouop and robotics group & music group & vcricket and many others.
Hostel Facilities
the facilities that are given in the room are very good like we stay in room with three roomies & there are 3 beds & 3 study tale & a reck. With two fans & two led lights. the review of meal quality is very much bed tbh & menu is ok but the taste & quality are so much worse that make it so much worse. the registrations process for the hostel are normal & as there are not many rooms avalaible so registrations are based pn our percentages.
Admission
my admission proceess was pretty normal. as i targeted this branch from a long time so i alredy know all processes for this. eligibility for this cources was around 400000 all india rank. and for mw the exams are not too much hard as i practiced for my entrance from a very long time.the areas for improvement in the admission processes are there are so muvh glitches in this process . one of my friend suffers so many probleks resgarding this. so as my opinion this should have fixed asap.
