College Biography

In mining field there ar emany opportunities out for mining engineers every year and study of this course help the student for competitive exam also. The student of this college do more practicals for better understanding which help mostly the student for real world work. The teachers of this college may prepare a note And upload jn college website which helps the students a lot. There are 4 internal and 2 semesters held per year.

The students go to OMC, Vedanta, Imfa , Jspl for their internship study and no amount to pay to students for their internship study. The moto of internship is to study about the overall machine and do real practical for good understanding.

After 6 semstem students are eligible for placement for campus placement according to their eligibility criteria. TATA, Imfa, Zenos, Vedant, Adani are visited to our college for campus placement and there are 30 to 40 seats offer to the students by the company. The highest package is 1600000 and the average package is 400000. There are 40 to 50 % of the students got placed every year. After getting degree i want to do job or higher study .

This college is running under government of odisha so the tuition fees increase according to the government.But the teacher take the tuition of the students in daily basis. The complete fees of this college is 27500 Rs per year. State scholarship- 20000 for obc and general student and 40000 for st and sc students. 50-60 % of the final year students got placed every year.

The students celebrate Saraswati puja , Ganesh puja, Republic Day, Independence Day, Branch fest and annual function every year. Every journal of books present in the college liberation. A master board is present in every class for better understanding of student. Sports such as Running , cricket, volleyball, carrom , chess , Badminton etc held every year in college premises. Student runs social groups such as alumini group, Confession group etc and some students join in club such as dance club, singing club , Robotics group etc.

There are three student accommodated in room. There are One bed, one study table are avilable for each student. The meal quality of the hostel is Moderate. Registration process take three step to complete that is applica form fill up, Payment and submission of documents. The hostel fee is 47500.

For this course, the student must pass 12th in science stream and also qualified joint entrance examination. the application fee ,application form and application date are available in college website. There is no Reservation benefits during admission. There are 4 internal and 2 semesters held per year and there is no overlap between College exam and government exam.
