Course Curriculum Overview
Bo I have chosen this course because my rank is eligible for this and the curriculum is too old and have some real application like in projects and real life situations I think the curriculum should be updated Regularly and teaching fashion is little old the frequency of exam is good and difficulty level is on tough side
Internships Opportunities
All the major companies in india has offered internships and a very good stipend the highest stipend offered to a student of our college is of 2 lakhs per month who is in his 3rd year of Btech and the college has a great space in problem solving and make a product to solve a problem
Placement Experience
Basically from 7th sem students are eligible for campus placements and interships are also offered many companies visits NITK like Google, Amazon, Facebook,Microsoft, Samsung,apple, nvidia, amd, intel, and all other major companies visits NITK and the placement percentage in our above 95% .The highest package is of 54 LPA and average package is of 15 LPA my plan is to get placed in my dream company and dream package
Fees and Financial Aid
No I think the fee structure is pretty affordable compared to all other nits and private institutes and there are number of scholarships and financial aids such as reduction in college tution fees and mess fees in hostel
Campus Life
There are 2 festivals organised in NITK that are Incident and Engineer and both are conducted once in a year and Engineer is organised in odd sem and Incident is organised in Even sem . The books in the NITK Library is literally huge i,e nearly 10 Thousand books and research papers and journals in both physical and digital library and the classrooms are digitalised with projectors and mobile operated fans and good ventilation due to many windows . College focuses on co curricular, academic and placements and sports and extra curriculum activities and clubs and social groups equally unbiased
Hostel Facilities
The quality is good and the menu keeps on updated based on the student requirement and mess is also clean and the quality of the meal is also good and menu is also good . And the hostel registration done after the admission process that is also done online and we can choose our room and roomates and we have liberty to change room whenever we required and the hostel is very affordable
Admission
Admission is Through JEE Mains and we can find the application of form and fees and dates in the NTA website and yes reservation benefits are also available Exams are Conducted online and difficulty level is moderate to High level I think in the admission process should be more fast
