Likes

Placements in the college are quite par with the other colleges in delhi and i liked it the most
Infrastructure of the college is also good as it has 4 canteens and quite large campus
Faculty in the college is quite helping in nature.

Dislikes

Locality of the college is not so good as you cant find good eateries outside
Campus life is not so good as there is quite less happening in the college.
Fests and campus events are at not so large scale and not so interesting

Course curriculum of cse is good but as is the condition of all colleges the syllabus taught in the subjects are quite outdated . Although if you want to learn teachers will help you. Also you can take help of youtube platforms flr study. Exams takes a lot of time as approx 2 months exams are going on in the college

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students become eligible for placements. Many companies visit our campus like de shaw adobe atlassian etc. highest package was of 60 lakh and average package of 10 lakhs . Percentage of students getting placement in cse department is quite good

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure of mait is quite reasonable as compared to other colleges in delhi. Majority of the cost in the tution fee. Also if you are among the top ranks in the ipu then you get a cash reqrd ranging from 2000-5000 as appreciation token

Campus Life

There are many social clubs in the college especially Techcom the coding club of cse department. Sports offered is quite less. Almost all books can be found in the library. Fest is normal level not so grand level

Admission

Admissions in maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is based on the score of jee mains and the cutoff is based on that process only for example in my time cse cutoff was till 54000 rank. The admission process was quite slow i.e you have to fill quite a lot of details for it

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
