My opinion about my college

Few years ago everyone want to do this course for it's placement procedure after completing graduation. The curriculum prepares us for real world application . The curriculum is relevance but some university make the course so hectic as the course of the syllabus is depends on university. The study should be more practical as we are engineering students we have to apply all the study in the real world. The frequency and timing of exams along with your perspective on their difficulty level is not high.

The placement is good . but these year placement is not gone good. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies visited like tcs , Wipro, cognizant and so on. TCS is taking so much students about 500. The highest package is 20 lacks and the lowest is 2 lacks. Percentage of students is 75 , getting placed. My plan is to go for higher study after getting the degree. You can for higher study through gate examination.

College admission cell is providing you the fees structure at the time of admission. The fees structure is not changed within a year . The fees study is applicable for whole the course. The complete cost is 4 lacks and there is some extra charges like foods and living. The other compulsory charges is near about 4 lacks . Total it's 8 lacks. The scholarship is available for the west bengal board students only , the scholarship name is swami vivekananda merit cum scholarship and the amount is 60k per year.

The campus is soo big . It's very peaceful and chilling. The name of the annual festival is "Arcadia". It's the social festival for all the department. And there is some department festival and some technical festivals like hactroverfest . The festival is held on April or may. The library is so big. And there is available so many books and journals. There is happening some sports and extracurricular activity. There is no social groups or clubs or students portals.

The admission process is through entrance exam like wbjee & jee main. Or there is available direct admission process for this you have to contact college admission cell. Eligibility of the course is you have to pass with science stream in 12th class. The application form and fees will be known by the college only . The application dates is available on the entrance exam portal. There is no reservation benefits. The college is strict with their time table or the college schedule is hectic. In the time of admission the college staff are talking about the all the facilities only not told about there weakness.
