Shaheed Bhagat Singh College-The Trip

B.Com Honours is a good course and I was interested in commerce from the beginning and that is why i chose to pursui this course. Curriculum of the course is well organized and the subjects present in the course prepares the student for real-world applications like human resource management, management principles, etc. The frequency of exams should be once in a year so that students can have enough time to study.

Internship opportunities for students in college is satisfactory as students have choice for them to learn or enhance their specific skills. Reality Samart, Udaan, Naukari Daddy, Bajaj Allianz,etc. are some remarkable companies for internship in the college and students are offered the roles in marketing, human resource management, etc.and stipend is average 7000 and is based on the performance.

Placements of college are quite satisfactory as students from Third year of this course get opportunity of Placement and so many prestigious and well-known companies visits our college for Placement like Delloite, KPMG, etc. Highest package of our college was 2100000 in the year 2022 and average package is 460000 which better for students than being unemployed. 60 percent of students get placed in our college of this course. My plan after degree is to appear in CAT exam to pursui MBA.

Tuition fees increase policy of college is good enough. Student has to give the fees once in a year for the tenureof the course and there is no specific hike in the fees. The complete cost of education in graduation is 54020 and all the college related expenses are included in this amount for four years. There are opportunities for students to apply for scholarships on vdyasarthi, reliance scholarship, etc. I have not taken any campus employment yet.

There are no such festivals because our principal wants to make the college totally cultural based and not any messing party type. In terms study materials our library is best as there is wide range of books and students can easily access to the books through the QR code of library. There are projectors and computer systems in certain classrooms called Seminar rooms. Campus provides good opportunities for sports and other extracurricular activities for interested students. There are so many societies made by students in the college e.g.Marksoc, Ardent, Sarvagya and many more.

For admission in DU or any other central university student is required to appear in an entrance exam named CUET in which student's required eligibility is 12th pass. Application can be availed from samarth.ac.in and all the needed information can be taken from here regarding any query like Reservation, fees, etc. Frequency of exam is once in a year and timings of exam is dependent upon sunject and difficulty level is dependent upon the preparation of student but generally it is moderate. Improvement is required in the mode of examination, there will be offline exam for all students at a time.
