The course curriculum can be said to very outdated according to me .The chapters and topics taught to us were the same taught to 1989 batch.Means they don't meet industry standards and when the multi national companies come for recruitment they don't find the students skillful.So according to me students should be given practical knowledge rather than bookish knowledge.Vocational subjects should also be taught .Every students should have the technical knowledge,robotics AUTOCAD and some basic softwares should be taught.Atleast one programming language along with DSA should be included in the curriculum.Labs should be well equipped and proper industrial machines should pe installed.Exams here are held two times a semester and difficult level can be said from moderateto hard level.

Internship opportunities are available FOR All students .Rolesmare offered for software developer data analytics and many more.Companies come like Texas instruments oracle and many other offer handsome offers for internship and PPO ARE made if they are impressed with the performance of the students

Students become eligible for placements from 3 rd year .The no of companies that visit the campus every year are increasing in number .Last year around 1100 companies have come.Major one being Google , Microsoft and Goldman Sachs.The highest package was offered by Attlassian of 85 lakhs . Average package for all branches was around 14lakhs . For Cs -22lakhs For ece branch -18 lakhs For electrical branch 15 lakhs ..For mechanical -11 lakhs for chem/civil -around 8lakh .Percentage placements are 85 cent .For ECE and Mech the percentage was highest of 90 and 88 cent respectively.After getting this degree i want to pursue master fro, IIT BOMBAY and for that I am preparing for Gate Examination.

TOTAL FEES OF nits is a appreciable amount that needs to be paid .Per year fees of the college is around 1.3 lakh rupees and that too for a day scholar.Although fee waiver are available on the tution fees which is 62500per semester.For income between 1 to 5 lakh 2/3 of the tuition fees is refunded .And if the income is below 1 lakh then full waiver is provided .For hostellers they need to pay around 32000 rupees including the mess charges .There are many scholarships like the state government scholarships for UP ,RAJASTHAN AND MANY OTHER.Reliance scholarship ,Oil and Natural Gas Corporation scholarship and Private institutions scholarships are also provided.Also bank loans are easily available at a nominal interest rates.

There are two fest helds in year .The technical fest named Sphinx held in the month of August And cultural fest named Blitz Schlag in the month of February.Each of the fest is a grand festival where preparations starting almost before two months .Hundred of events are held like ipl action ,fun games ,room of nostalgia, hackathon events debate competition youth parliament and much more.Sports facilities are impressive There two grounds one for cricket another for football .There are Lawn tennis courts,Basketball courts badminton courts and one sports complex for sports equipments. Every year inter nit sports tournaments are held where all other nits come to participate.It is grand event with tougH And competitive games.There are 20-25 clubs dozen of which are very active.Think India and Mavericks are few good clubs.

There are 14 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel.Two hostels are newly built namely Vinodini and Aurobindo hostel.For First year There is a triple seater room with three sharing .After that from second year students are alloted single room.Rooms are spacious and water facility is also nice.Mess food for Vinodini and Aurobindo is not good.The taste becomes worse after one month of admission. Other hostels have comparely better mess.The menu is monotonous similar for all weeks no changes . Registration process for hostel is done on the ERP during the time of fee institute fee payment .The locality around my hostel is good There is too much greenary around my hostel.

I cleared the JEE MAINS EXAMINATION before I took admission to this college .I prepared for this exam for almost 2 years.The application forms come during the end of the year and two sessions are held first in January and another in March. If you prepare seriously then with hard work you can clear this exam.Reservation benefits can be availed For the categories like SC ST AND OBC.Income based reservation is given to EWS CATEGORY STUDENTS.Although admission is done almost correctly but the way exams are held in exam centers that thing is not good There are many students whose system does not work during exam screen flickers are also very common.And such things during National level exam are not acceptable. bonus questions have become a major problem nowadays ,Some bonus questions are also ingnored .So these problems although seem to be simple but affect badly to students
