Course Curriculum Overview

The course is upcoming and my feedback about the same is positive. New tools and techniques relevant to the Analytics industry are some of the things taught here. Guest lectures, Seminars, Conclaves, and Live Projects better help the understanding of the course. Exams are manageable with other extracurricular like club activities, and sports. We also have an IT and Analytics club here.

Course Fees: INR 1800000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Brands like PUMA, TVS Motors, and Reliance come for internships. Other companies include Zeta, Jio Creative Labs, Indian Oil Limited, RBI, NIL, Cinepolis, Travista, and Blackbrix Consulting to name a few. One can get a wide variety of roles too.

Placement Experience

Placement season starts in 2nd year of the college. Renowned brands visit for campus placements. Average package is 1700000 to 1800000 INR. 2023 100 percent or whole batch is placed. I will be working in the Analytics domain.

Fees and Financial Aid

Overall fee of the MBA Analytics program is 1800000 laks here. The mess fee is overhead about 150000. Besides lump sump, say 50000 for overhead charges like courses, certifications, business formals, living expenses, medicines, transportation etc. which are purely overhead as this will be anyhow 1 needs to incur. 3 types of scholarships are available here (please go to IIM Kashipur website for complete details). Besides, one can earn from live projects.

Campus Life

Overall a very good and vibrant college experience in the scenic beauty of Uttarakhand. It is worth the hustle. Many club competitions, case competitions, intercollege fests, and guest lectures happen request in 10 - 20 days. Infrastructure is good. Library, Incubation center FIED, Mess, recreational room, and wellness center are available.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are shared by 2 and also single available. Washing facilities, cooking, heating, and cooling of the rooms in winter/summer are available. The meal is awesome. The registration process is simple and hassle-free. Hostel fee is included in MBA fees.

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

For the MBA Analytics course, apply separately on the IIM Ksp website. CAT percentile, 10th, 12th, Graduation, work experience, Gender Diversity, Non Engineer are the criteria on which a composite score is generated. The cut-off for the interview is decided on the basis of this composite score. Then finally, interview marks are added in the composite score. Overall it is a smooth admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was very good. The specialization which I chose was a very new concept and this university provides that particular specialization. The teaching methods were also very good with experienced teachers and weekly presentations also with different assignments.

Uttaranchal University is a gemstone!!

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is around 90%. Students become eligible for campus placements from the start of 3rd semester, although you can get in earlier through summer internship and ppos. Overall average package is around 8 lakh. Top 15% students get 14-17 lakh. Highest package for this year was 33 lakh. Many top companies like Amazon, Adani, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Adobe, Microsoft, Infosys, BlueDart, Dell, Deloitte, Genpact and more come to the campus. I aim on getting into big 4 consulting firms.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Insights of the college through student eye

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email. ALL ABOUT IIM KASHIPUR

No, specifically I haven't received any counselling related to IIM Kashipur or other IIM institutes. But the first advantage I saw was there were a lot of industries visit the IIM Kashipur campus.
