Course Curriculum Overview
In first year you have to the course is same for all branches except 2 core courses in first two semester. All the courses include practical learning like mechanical workshop, electronics lab , electrical lab, etc. The faculties are supportive.
Placement Experience
There are many companies which visit MNIT for campus placement. The highest package was 64 lpa offered to ece and cse branches.the placement percentage of college is good and u can expect 8-9 lpa as average package
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships available at this college. If your family income is less than 1 lpa, no tution fees are required if family income is between 1 lpa and 5 lpa the tution fee is 25,000, and if more than 5 lpa the tution fee is 62500.
Campus Life
The overall campus life is great including many clubs and fests. Department Day (DD) is organized for all departments and is open to students of all branches. It has two annual fests, Blitzschlag the annual cultural fest and Sphinx the annual technical fest.
Hostel Facilities
The message food is good. The message food depends on the hostel. As there are many hostels the message quality of each hostel varies from one and another. but overall message quality of the college is good.
Admission
You have to clear the JEE Mains exam and secure a good rank to enter this college. It is one of the best NITs of India having Asia's largest lecture hall.You can admission through josaa counseling. Currently it has cse,aide,ece,ee, chemical,civil, mechanical and metallurgy branch for btech courses
