IIT BHU VARANASI DETAILED REVIEW

This course was the oldest and good course compare to many others course in my college by seeing the average package, placements, highest package and experience staff. These influnced me to take this course. The teaching methods of yhe prof. are advanced like its old method and it should be improved.

There are many comapnies like google, microsoft, sprinkler, amazon, flipkart and many more. They provide many diffrent roles to the students and they also provide a good stipend and they provide proper offer. They provide a stipend of 1-2l per month, many projects depending upon the course and the company requirementwere done by the students.

From the 5th semester the internship starts and in the end of 7th semester the placements round 1st phase will start and in the end of 8th semester the placements 2nd phase will start which is also the end of placements. There were many companies visited and made many offers. The highest package was around 1.6cr and the average package was around 22l. 90% of students were placed from all the branches.

The fee structure is as follows, for general students the tution fee and hostel fee is around 1 lakh per semester and mess fee is around 15000 and this changes for the reservation category students like the tuition and hostel fee for them is around 6150 per semester and the mess fee is around 15000 per semester. There are many scholarships are available for the students. The institute faculty members provide us many scholarship oppurtunities.

There are mainly 3 fests that are popular in my college the first one is Kashiyatra. It will happen around january and second one is technex this happens around march and the last one which is a sports fest that happens around sept. We have all types of books and journals available in our library and the library is opened all the time . Sports are best in my college we will have many competitions among many colleges in our campus and off campus.

The room at the hostel in which I stay are well maintained and luxurious,water facilities, wifi and electricity are 24/7 available. The food in mess is good and hygenic. The registration process is very simple you have to pay the fee through college website and can give the fee reciept to hostel office and can enroll.

I got admission in this course through jee advance. I got a rank upto which I acn get this course through josaa. I gave jee advance and the application form was given through the gmail. The application fee was 15000 in josaa. I don't remember the application date exactly it was around 2 months after the jee advanceexam. Yes I got reservation benifits like in remmision of the college fees and also in my rank vs college criteria. Like I got less rank but I got better college and course. The timing was around 8am and around 4pm. The difficulty level of paper was moderate to tough.

The topics of GD were many as far as I remember some topics are war and life and cashless economy and indian society. The process for admission is very simple there will be two exams jee mains and jee advanced firstly you have to qualify jee mains to write jee advance exam, after giving jee advance depending upon your rank you will be given the college through josaa website. I prepared very hard for these exams. I prepared it from NCERT books, youtube and teachers.
