Course Curriculum Overview
I always had a keen interest in science and technology since childhood. I was pretty sure about my goal of becoming a full stack software developer so I chose Computer science. The curriculum prepares us for extreme pressure handling and technical solution to rela life problems. The teaching method is exceptionally well. Extra curricular activities could be encouraged a little more. Moderate level exams are held on regular basis.
Placement Experience
The placements are pretty decent. Students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. Mostly mass recruiter companies visit the campus. The average package offered is 5-6 lpa. The highest package is 32lpa. 90% of the students get placed. My plans after getting degree is to persue higher education that is a master's degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees increases by 10% every year. The hostel fees increases by 4000rs every year. There are some additional certifications and trainings throughout the complete course which have separate charges. The campus employment opportunities are good. A lot of good companies visit the campus. There are various scholarships and financial aids available for students.
Campus Life
The annual fest includes shradhhanjali which is the techno cultural fest which includes a lot of activities and contests with cash prize. All the branches conduct technical contests of their own. The college also conducts hackathons. Sports event named Arya cup is also held with intercollege participation. APL is the cricket league which takes place Every year. A wide range of books are available in the library. Sports is highly encouraged. Other extracurricular activities are not encouraged much but students can get exposure at least once or twice a year. Freshers party is another big event that is organised. There is no such club that is active throughout the year but if students are active towards their interest they can form a club.
Hostel Facilities
There are 2,3,4 sharing rooms available at different price ranges. Girls only have 2 sharing option. There is one bathroom attached in each room. The meal quality is average. Thrice a week there is special meal. The hostel facility is quite affordable as everything is included in the hostel fees which is 91000 per year. In kukas there are many rooms and PGs available at affordable rates.
Admission
For admission in CS branch you need to score above 75 % in class 10th and 12th board examination and 75% score in jee mains. Students with less score are not alloted with CS branch but can be alloted IT and other branches. There are several scholarships available for reserved classes. The application form is available on the college website. Exams are held on regular basis for good preparation of the students.
