In first year ,one have to enroll in various courses .

Course Curriculum Overview

I have heard many benefits for being a computer science and engineering student in MNIT Jaipur. The college is providing us a best environment to enhance our skills. I got best with present course curriculum.Frequency of exams is 2 months.according to my perspective exams are sufficient capable to enhance my knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

Since I am in first year I am not that much aware of the internship opportunities.but i have been told by the seniors that u can get paid and unpaid internships..if u want to get software companies internship then u have to learn coding from 1 yea

Placement Experience

Students having required skills can catck any placement opportunities from 6th semester onwards ..many software companies visit campus and provide high paying jobs.texas instruments,apple ,Google,and various companies provide high paying jobs.more than 80% stundents are placed every year. 60 lacks was highest placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college fee structure is very simple. I submit 0 /- as tution fee due to reservation. I submit 20,000 per semester for institute fee. I have paid 20,000 per semester for mess food. I have paid 12,000 per semester for hostel

Campus Life

The campus life which is provided by college is full of fun. The names of annual and technical festivals are Blitzshlag which is cultural fest of our college and sphinx which is technical fest of our college. I have experienced best sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostal facilities are very fine. A bed and a study table are provided by hostel in hostel room. Meal quality & menu is perfect. I get food just like home. Registration process for hostel is very easy and affordable.

Admission

I have cleared an entrance exam named jee mains to get admission in MNIT Jaipur. I got admission as SC candidate.I think there is no need for improvement in admission process.I didn't face any problem in admission process.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
