Mnit in my view

Course curriculum is divided in 8 semester and 150 credit score to pass b.tech . I'm enrolled in civil engineering.And it is one of the most important branch in past years as many students appear for civil services examination after B.tech. Course difficulty is very high but professor are very supportive in this terms .

For intern program companies which belongs to software visit to our college mainly. For applying in core companies for intern students have to mail the companies on their own. Many students show their interest for software intern.for which they have to apply in the beginning of 5 semester. Nearly 50-60 students make it possible. Every year

In my college placement for civil department is not that good but placement percentage is good . But highest placement in civil is only 24 lac. Companies for core in civil gives placement number to very high . This year many core Companies visited our college. Which offered around 25 lac to 30 lac to many students.

Fees structure of mnit is just like many other engineering college in India. Fees structure is according to income category of students in which they fall . Their are 3 income categories 1.Students with income of 5 lac and above have to pay complete fees . which is nearly around 7 to 8 lac. 2. Students which fall in income category of 1 lac to 5 lac has to pay 33% of theirnof tution and fees and complete hostel and tution fees. 3. And students which fall in category of income below 1 lac has pay only institute and hostel fees. Many government and private corporation provides scholarships. And also student loan facilities is also given .

Campus Life of MNIT is one thing which I loved the most . Their are different clubs for dance , singing and many more cultural events and technical events. Their are two fests which are organised in the month of November and February. Sports facilities available in mnit are very awesome. These type of facilities provide students many more opportunities for exploring.

Mostly all students choose hostel in MNIT. Hostel are provided during the physical reporting of jossa counciling. Hostel accommodation fees per semester is 32000. In first year students are provided sharing rooms and from the second year single rooms are given. Mess menu has different kind of varieties between but mess food is not that good . Each room is accompanied with lab service.

For admission in MNIT you had to appear for Jee mains examination which is conducted twice a year in the month of January and April. Registration for jee mains is done on the portal of NTA in the month of December. I appeared in both the session of Jee mains . In my first chance I secured 78 percentile which was very upsetting for me . But in my second attempt I managed to secure 97 percentile which helped me to reach in this institute. Nearly 10-12 lac students appear for jee mains exam every year out of which around 30 to 40 only manage to make it happening. Which is very competitive in my opinion. One aspect which I didn't like is number of chances provided jee .
