Likes
- Sports, less hectic curriculum, interactions with seniors(seniors are very helpful) and festival months which are very enjoyable and faithful friends who are the main motivation
- There are many clubs and societies in the college from which you can interact with many peoples and seniors give you parties very frequently
- There are some teachers which are very helpful in studies. They don't took pressure on the students for Just doing assignments, tests and quizzes. They are very caring and chill.
Dislikes
- Although there is many good things but something I don't like is unity in the students. There is very less unity in the students if you have to improve something the we should have one point which is missing here
- Night curfew is there you can't just go out with your vehicle after 10 pm from the hostels. They closed the gates and restrict you.every where you have to show your id card.
- Less placements for 2 past years which is major problem and very less students are getting placed. Companies are going with empty hands without taking a single student
Course Curriculum Overview
I would like to suggest some improvements in the course curriculum. Although many of the subjects are relevant which are taught here but some subjects are of the other branches and they are very hactic also there is humanistics studies I don't know what it has to do with our carrier why they taught these to us . There are 4 exams in one year . 2 per sem which is okay I think.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fee for a year is 240000 for a year although it is a government college but it is much higher I think. Academic Fee will be deducted on the basis of income certificate. If your family income is between 1 to 5 lakhs then 60 percent will we deduct and for the bellow 1 lakhs no academic Fee will be drawn No such apportunities for general students
Campus Life
There are many clubs and societies which are made to improve your social aspects, technical aspects and many more. Mainly three festivals are held in our college 1st is kashiyatra (A cultural festival held in the month of jan) 2nd is technex (a technical festival held in the month of March ) and other is sports festival Spardha(held in the month of October).
Admission
A Joint entrance exam was conducted throughout the India to select the deserving candidates for the university. first you give the exam then a cutt off will be declared which is different for different categories. For general it is highest and for SC it is lowest. In totality amoung 10 lakhs students approx 15 k students get selected. After selection counciling is done by JOSSA through online. In counciling process there are seats reserved for students which I don't like.
