Course Curriculum Overview

Nowadays the course BCA is booming in the Computer Science sector which makes me feel like to take this course even I also wanted to take this course as its duration is 3 year as compared to B.tech. All faculties are very good for purpose of teaching and they are very experienced and friendly as well almost most of the faculties has done their PhD so they teach each and every topic regarding the curriculum even if you have any doubt in any subject you can also personally ask them that make you intelligent and quite good in which you are interested. Some of the subject are taught is useless from my prospective they are business related subjects mainly University should focus on it and they always make their students because of studying. You have to take 3 exam in every semester namely mid -term 1 ,mid -term 2 and end -term , there is one more option which like is makeup for any reason fail in any mid term so you can take makeup exam. Time duration of exam is 2 hours and average level.

Fees and Financial Aid

University decides the increase policy. Approximately the cost of BCA education is 2.5 lakh including all facility if you want or college bus then pay more 22000. Based on their marks scholarship is available according to different courses. Yeah if you are CS or Commerce students many opportunities provided by the university

Campus Life

No more festival is held in this college but yeah one festival is held in each semester it depends on college. There are so many books available in library related to providing course in the college. Smart classes are available and important things regarding to different courses. Sports festival is held year wise. No one runs

Admission

You must pass in previous course or class. If anyone wants to get admission in this college (United University).you can find the form its website, in the college and you can also find from near one branch of United University. You can check the near one branch by calling on helpline number. Application fees is just 800 rupees. Besides it 15000 rupees that you have to pay at time of when you pass the exam. No reservations available in the college University conducts their exam the time duration of the exam is 30 minutes. generally they ask Reasoning, General English and basic grammar, aptitude questions along with math . You can make a phone call on helpline no. to find the branch that make your admission process at ease

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
