Likes

The infrastructure of the college is really great
The teacher are very friendly and kind with the students
Most of the teachers are phd holder and have 10-12 years of experience.

Dislikes

The syllabus is difficult for those students who doesn't belong to Maths.
The bus fees is same for short and long distance
Hostel fees is high and even they charges extra money if you kept some small electric appliance

Course Curriculum Overview

This course offer a great brilliance of computer science which influenced me to enroll myself in this course. This curriculum offer the higher studies if someone want to pursue the higher education. The syllabus is little bit more complex for other stream students who are not from maths background. The level of exam is moderate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee is increases for the new students who got admission in 2023 their is difference of 10,000 Rs in tution fees. The service is better. The scholarship is given on the basis of your 12th percentage if you score 90+ you will get 20,000 rs as scholarship for 80+ you get 10,000 rs scholarship and for 70+ you will get 5,000rs. The most of the tech company recruiting students.

Campus Life

The college mainly focuses on academic rather than extracurricular activities so their is very less annual festivals or technical festivals. The college have 3 library where you get all the required books and journals for your study. Their is very less sports in campus. And their is no students club or group

Admission

Any stream student can apply for this course. The application form, fees and application dates can be obtained from the reception area. The college also offers reservation benefits for students. The exam happens in 1 and a half mont duration the level of exams is moderate. The application process is little bit slower

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
