- Campus is so awesome. Playing grounds are so mesmerizing. The vibe is so good here.
- Hostel infrastructure is so good and well maintained. Proper cleaning done every day
- Club activities are good. Various clubs like CS, robotics, etc are for u.
Dislikes
- Mess food is bad experience here. I don't like 5 days mes food. For 2 days it is good
- Class time table is so bad. I have classes from 8-1 in morning and 3-6 in evening.
- I think security is not good here. You can get entry at main gate easily. So that's a big concern
Course Curriculum Overview
I like electrical engineering from my childhood and want to go to core field in future that's why I chose this branch. Curriculum is fantastic here. You will be taught all the basic subjects of each branch in first year. Teacher should focus on practical knowledge rather than just teaching bookish stuff.
Internships Opportunities
I'm in first year so don't know much about these. But I've heard internship opportunities are very good here. Student get internship from college in 3rd year. And it is compulsory for everyone. So this is good.
Placement Experience
College placements are very nice here. Including core and tech placements. From 3rd year students are eligible to get placed. Many companies visit like Google microsoft Siemens L &T etc. electrical anerage package is around 15.7 lakhs and median package is 14.5 lakhs highest package is around 84 lakhs about 90-95% students get placed every year
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees may or may not increase for every academic year. I paid around 250000 per year included hostel and college fee. Complete cost will be around 10-12 lakhs. There are many scholarships available for PWD and Sc St sector but not a single one for us (general). This condition needs to be improved. Many club activities are here and anyone can get opportunity to hold responsibility depending on their work
Campus Life
The annual cultural event is Blitzschlag and technical fest is Sphinx. Over these Sphinx was best in all terms. They conduct various contest like coding hackathon etc. Many books available in Library. Many clubs which helps on personal development.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is so good. I don't feel homesickness here. Rooms and bathrooms both are well maintained. But here the concern is mess food. It is bad most of the days and I don't like. Registration process was done on college physical reporting.
Admission
I got admission in electrical engineering at MNIT Jaipur. The required rank for getting electrical engineering is from 12k to 18k for general category. I didn't got any reservation benefits. Got application form from Josaa website. Futhur the details about physical reporting and fees given on college website signed by Dean of the college. I feel frequency of exam is high and difficulty is intermediate. I think the admission process should be more systematic.
