Entrance Preview
I opted for the reputation and mainly for placement. Mechanical engineering is famous in my college, so I picked up the college in counseling. My parents forced me to take this college but after visited there only I realized that we would have chosen another college because of the fees.
Course Curriculum Overview
They will provide one booklet which will contain whole info of the syllabus and exam dates. There is no site to view the course curriculum. They give books of less quality and tell us to refer other books. They collected book fees for every semester but they will be of less quality
Internships Opportunities
No they don't provide internship and I don't have any experience. They even don't allow outside internship .
College Events
Every year they used to conduct science exhibition which is the best part of my college life. We can enjoy a lot on these days. They used to celebrate many functions like annual day , hostel day, etc Swaram is one the cultural event conducted in KEC.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes scholarship is available but still many of my friends didn't receive the scholarship amount. No loan facility
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome , one of the best campus but the transportation from town is the difficult part. Hi tech labs but these faculty staffs doesn't know to use it and never let us to do. Many competition happens in the college. No debates, etc etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network doesn't work at all. We senior students are suffering a lot due to lack of placements in college.
Exam Structure
First we have to pay 10000 at the time of admission later we should pay 45000 tution fees. They collected 20000 for placement training in the 1st year itself
Admission
I actually selected the college in counseling and I got it. I went to the college for the admission process, they collected 10000 deposit but I don't know for what they collected and still they didn't returned. After that they will provide notes and books.
