Overall experience is good our college has an educational environment
Every kind of sports facility is available .
Well build labs for the practical work including the systems with a capacity of 80 students

Dislikes

College is a bit far from the main city .
Difficult to buy items like daily need and stationary

Course Curriculum Overview

This course provide a deep knowledge of a lot of subjects such as data analysis, data structures, python programming, c programming, algorithm design. The curriculum is good and provide a vast knowledge for real world application. Teaching method is good and the professors are well trained.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunity is good we have done one internship of 8 weeks and the experience is good . They also have an extra class for internship preparation and placement preparation. Professor's are also supportive in building projects and all.

Placement Experience

From the fifth semester we are eligible for the campus placement. Ofcourse right now in my course there is no placement and our seniors going to sit in the campus placement this year . Our campus placement cell are doing their best .

Fees and Financial Aid

Yeah it's true that tution fees is increased in my time my fees is 77000 and now the fees is almost 90000. But they provide a value for money education in United University. Both private and government scholarship are available in the college . Campus is big so campus employment is also good .

Campus Life

Campus Life is good and campus has a peaceful environment. Campus is full of Greenery. There are cafe's, amul parlour etc for the refreshments. Sports and extracurricular activities are also good. Every kind of sports facilities are available including the grounds .

Admission

Admission criteria of my College is simple you must have to gain 60 percent marks in your 12th examination and you have to pass an enterance exam of my College. Application fees at my time is 800 Rs. Exams are held in every month there are total 4 examination in one semester. Difficulty level of the exam is moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
