MNIT Overview

Curriculum of this course kind a not that much hectic as other branches. You will have enough time to work on developing other skills only if you would manage time and not wasting time on scrolling reels and on some unproductive work. Coming to the studies you are going to start it one week prior the mid term exam and two weeks in case of end term. Although not true for every one. If you want to score good marks then you have to study while during the class (although many of them are sleeping)and devote your time to it. So the curriculum is easy and simple in my course that's the reason why I opted for it.

In our branch the placement percentage is about 89. Highest placement in metallurgy was 40 lpa which was in non core sector and average is about 7 lpa in the core. Big core companies like vedanta, tata, jindal, reliance jio and non core companies like accenture etc.

Your total fees including hostel would be around 10 to 12 lakh if your family income is greater than 5 lakh . In case of income between 1 to 5 lakh you will get fee faiver on tution fees only which is 2/3 of the tution fee and you will get full tution fee waiver in case of below 1 lakh. There are many scholarship provide by private organization or government for the meritorious students. Scholarship can be on basis of category wise or can only be for girls.

In our college we have a technical fest known as sphinx which held between the month of October and Blitzchlag which is the largest cultural fest of Rajasthan. Both fest will definitely provide you with unforgettable memories that you will have. Comming to the infrastructure we have Asia's lagest lecture Hall complex VLTC. It is provided with better furniture and Projector. For books and journal we have a library and book bank which can be issued easily. Overall campus have too much greenery and good environment for one's growth. There are two types of clubs like technical and cultural which host events in the fest. Sports and extracurricular activities are held with many sports events like MST and Inter branch. Overall campus life is decent.

You will be given three person room by the first year and from the second year a single room will be provided with a table and bed. All rooms are equipped with LAN connectivity and some hostels have wifi . Mess food is good enough to stay alive and avoid hunger. Sometimes the quality of food is not good enough. You will be alloted hostel on the day of registration onwards as long as you pay the fees. Cleaniness in toilets and bathrooms maintainance. Overall all hostels have basic facilities and provide you a better environment.

Eligibility:12th pass with minimum 75 percent in PCM stream and have scored minimum percentile in jee mains for admission in courses according to their cutoffs. Jee mains held twice in a year in which you have to score minimum percentile and then apply for admission through jossa. Jee mains would be easy with consistent efforts if you give it a try. So all the very best for your jee preparation.
