Entrance Preview
To get the latest technology and the knowledge required to make yourself up to the level of the industrial level. For the betterment of oneself and to make yourself more challengeable with the present scenario and to get the most of the knowledge about the latest technologies, I have chosen it.
Course Curriculum Overview
I would assess the course curriculum is that, in this type of courses especially in this institution, the courses are based on full-time study. Full-Time courses and only one day holiday[sunday]{exceptional}, So one's who have the doubt can clarify it by going to the respective professors and madams. During the college working hours. students can want through the electronic medium.
Internships Opportunities
Normally our college does not provide any internships, But I am not sure whether it used to earlier or not, but recently from this year after the change in the director general is focusing on it.
Placement Experience
The placement and the job opportunities are always better from the previous year, normally it depends upon the student hard work and the experience gained from the course he/she has pursued. If you are good enough in one the field of technology and can able to prove yourself.T hen you are selected for it.
College Events
The list of the events celebrated in our college are as follows: the E-week is the most important week where we get the new privilege of doing something interesting. the most important is the fest where the singer or some film character for the entertainment of everyone.
Fees and Financial Aid
During my admission process, I was told that there is a written exam for scholarship purposes. In this exam, if you clear you will get 50% scholarship and the money will be paid by the college.
Campus Life
We have 2-3 seminars in a month in college. We visited companies once a month. Workshops were done. Sports is also done. Outside college and inside college also. Kabbadi, football, basketball, cricket, kho kho, and many more sports. As I told everyone leaves here like a family, no ragging, respect everyone, and be in manners.
Hostel Facilities
There was 2 kind of rooms available in the hostel facility. The room was shared between 2 students and the hostel room included AC and Fridge and other necessary items like food and water is present all the time. The washroom is clean and tidy The room was shared between the students and the room is available on 2 floors of the hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
seniors are occupied in their own exams but if you ask any questions or need any assistance then they will surely provide you help.
Admission
First of all I would like to say that the admission procedure for this type of institute normally based in west bengal specially for the bachelor of technology [engineering] is based on the merit of WBJEE . i.e based on west bengal entrance exam or the national level exam , JEE MAINS.
Faculty
I assess the faculty of my college is that most of the faculty members are highly qualified, as most of the faculty members possess their highest qualification i.e. doctorate in Ph.D. and some of the faculty members are from Masters degree from IIT Bombay or IIT Kharagpur.
