Remarks
college management is not up to the mark. They don't care about the students of the college and are very slow in doing their work and also I would like to state our college management is an aged one all its staff are really old and need to be changed soon.
Entrance Preview
Its located beside hirakud dam, here the pollution rate is very low and it has a big alumni association. I did not really opt for it but it was my luck that bought me here.B ut at first I was not interested here but when you arrive at such a place which is present so deep in nature with so many friendly people you would love this place.
Internships Opportunities
No, our college doesn't provide internships itself but it arranges internships for students in various prestigious organizations.
Placement Experience
Placement is also up to mark but the package offered here are very low. We in our college get several good companies such as deloitte,wipro,accenture,tcs etc. But due to its remote location, many companies could not come here and we don't get the opportunity to seat for several big companies.
College Events
1.Sports fest 2.Cultural fest 3. Technology fest and several other seminars and programmes are organized all around the year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is one of the best and feasible fee structure I have come across. The only take around 40k as whole fees for the college and 28k for hostel fees in a whole academic year. You don't have to pay any extra fee for any facility. You can even give fees at a late date by giving a fine of 500/-.
Fees and Financial Aid
No such offers are provided. Our institution directly doesn't provide any scholarship or loans to students but anybody can avail it through several banks nearby and on the college campus.
Campus Life
Campus Life is good.G ender ratio almost looks to be 50-50. There is all kind of extracurriculars, labs, sports competitions etc. I myself belonged to the robotics society of the institute. It also has Baha -supra i.e a vehicle club and several other clubs such as idea and innovation club etc
Hostel Facilities
mess food is good but the hostel is a mess. Few hostels are very old but I myself live in a newly made 8-floor hostel it is good but the cleaning is not done regularly. Our hostel is not yet completed so we get food from outside but the food is good in summers but during winters it is cold and is not liked by many.
Alumni/Alumna
It has the best alumni network and the senior students are the most friendly people you will ever meet.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is good. There are end sems. and mid sems. along with class test quizzes etc. There is a total of eight semesters in which we have six theory paper and four labs each. For labs, there are separate tests viva and quizzes.Overall the structure is good and even the results also arrive on time.
Admission
Through Ojee councelling on the basis of jee ranks i got admission to this institute.First i got my rank in jee then i applied ti the ohee and gave my preference for colleges.Then i had to wait for the few days after which i got my first selection.There i got this college.
Faculty
There are a few best faculties while most are lousy and are not interactive and unfriendly.T he faculty here are not all good but not all bad. There are several faculties which you are a lot at the same time there are a few faculties which you will hate.
