I would say college is just fine being it highly expensive and placements fine so overall I would give rating 3.

I had qualified to jee mains but my board's score was less and at my time, combined rank was calculated which was very high. I qualified to jee advanced but rank was again very high. It was only in Manipal institute where my rank was decent and seeing its repo, I joined it.

The course curriculum is good. I would say things are managed and maintained in a proper manner. Just one thing I would definitely say that each student who opts for computer stream must be well aware with java and c++ basics beforehand as college does not give special care on that.

Yea, of course, they do. Popular companies like Microsoft, Amazon, SanDisk, Oracle, ugam etc companies regularly visit. Stipend provided varies, Microsoft - 45k, SanDisk - 35k, ugam - 20k

There are many events that take place in Manipal institute. In odd semester there's a technical fest known as Tech-Tatva and in even semester comes to the main annual cultural fest called Revels where many celebrities perform for a duration of one week and there is a large participation

The fee structure I must say is really and highly expensive. If you are north Indians and stay in northern regions like Delhi ncr Punjab you will face trouble in the initial year of your course. Then slowly things will get sorted out but the overall fee is quite high!

Yaa, of course, the initial test MU provides ranks and if you are within top 1000 you are eligible for scholarships.

Well, campus life I will say is good. I didn't find it very charming but many peeps did. Extracurricular labs sports competitions definitely take place regularly and even participation by students is in high amounts. The gender ratio is also fine with boys being more in quantity.

If you ask me about hostel facility and mess food, me being would definitely say its quite poor in that part. Very poor quality food and very poor hostels. I myself have taken a flat on rent outside college and progress with daily up down which takes some time.

Well, majority or I would say whole alumni is south so I did not interact with them much but senior students are really helpful.

This is one hell of a question and please be prepared to get one hell of a reply. Yes, you are guessing it right. Regular classes schedule along with lab schedule is highly hectic and you need great stamina and endurance to get set in that atmosphere.

The admission process is asked through by first filling the form for exam.The exam is then scheduled in month of june and you have to appear in the specific center alloted for you to give an online test. Test is for 200 marks with no negative marking.

Faculty I would say is not very well. In fact, they just teach things from slides and refer some books (talking about computer stream). Students are expected to study by themselves and would grab very little help from faculty. The mechanical faculty is brilliant as told by my friends.
