Course Curriculum Overview

Nirf rank for svnit is 65.it is very good nirf rank at national level.avg placement of cse department in 2022-2023 is 18 lakh per anum.generally in svnit classes from.8:30am to 12:30 pm and 2pm to 6pm.our curriculum prepares us for capable in industrial companies.it is very usefull for us.

Internships Opportunities

Oracle, JPMorgan, amazon, Cisco , tcs , visa , mastercard, Deloitte, healthcare, barkless etc... companies provide intership opportunity and most of companies give PPO to those students.jp Morgan provide 70k per month stippend.and oracle provide 1lakh per month stippend.

Placement Experience

Svnit has decent placement.avg placement of cse department in 2022-23 is 18lakh per anum.avg placement of svnit is 12 lakh per anum.placemnt cell of svnit is very active.jp Morgan,amazone, Deloitte, oracle, Infosys,tcs are main recurring companies for svnit .

Fees and Financial Aid

There are two semester in one year.one semester of 4 months.there are some relaxation for sc and st students.our college give full fee remission for sc and st category students and whom annual income is less than 1 lakh per anum also get full fee remission.and income between 2lakh to 5lakh is get 2/3 fee remission.fee for odd semester is 62500 and fees for even semester is 67500.

There are many fest organized in svnit.it includes technical and cultural fest.one of technical fest is mindbend which is biggest techno managerial fest of Gujart.and shamiyana ,sparsh is cultural fest.sparsh is also biggest cultural fest of Gujarat

For admission jee mains result is compulsory.generally For general category 99% percentile in jee main . application form for admission is available in josaa councelling.evebry students must take part in josaa councelling.for admission keep good percentile in jee main

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Honestly, i had applied so many NITs but due to my average score in JEE MAINS , i was getting only SVNIT and some Northen east NITs I did not choose other NITs as they are very far apart from my home state. SVNIT -The best for Transportation engineering

I chose SVNIT just because this is one of the best college for transportation engineering. Surat is the best city for seeing the development which is being carried out and a great infrastructure is also available. Great college for exploring and learning.

I had a very good jee mains rank and was getting in every nit and iiits admission in some branches but still i choose this because i had interest in coding and ai.
