How are the CSE placements in SVNIT Surat??

During the 2022 placement season, out of 106 registered B.Tech CSE students, 94 were successfully placed from the SVNIT campus. You need to consider several factors before deciding the best college for yourself. Here are a few factors and the preferred choice if you give preference to that factor alone Alumni : The age of the institute determines how strong the alumni network is which is very crucial for the development of the institute. In terms of the alumni network the preference order should be NIT Jaipur=NIT Kurukshetra> NIT Delhi Placements: The placement scenario is somewhat similar in all the aforementioned institutes. However, NIT Delhi has a slight advantage being in Delhi. The order should be NIT Delhi > NIT Jaipur = NIT Kurukshetra Faculty: In my opinion, NIT Delhi has the best professors. Campus : NIT Kurukshetra and NIT Jaipur have equally beautiful campuses whereas the permanent campus of NIT Delhi is under construction. Ultimately, the final decision depends on your personal preferences.

Which should I prefer, SVNIT mechanical or IIIT Vadodara computer science?

If you are not looking at the branch, then you should think about going to SVNIT for Mechanical. Having friends study in both the institutes, I might be able to provide some details about them. However, if you have decided that you would like to go for computers and if you could handle that field, IIIT Vadodara is a pretty good choice. But many people will also advise you to not compare the two branches as they are quite different. NIT Surat is a better option facility wise but let me tell you that getting a job in the mechanical core is quite difficult. A lot of students will also opt for software fields. Svnit a hidden gem

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fees of 62500 every other semester no other fees. Hostel fees of 34k and mess fees 20k. That's it. There is scholarship program also based on salary of family. Full scholarship or two thirds and one thirda also

Unheard things about SVNIT

I got admitted through jee with an AIR of 7001 and percentil of 99.56 . Year wise fees is arounf 1.69 lakhs. The scholarships provided by the college are divided in many categores like the sc/st candidates gets the full fee remmision and the candiates having less tan 1 lakh family income have a full remmsion as well candidate have bet 1-5 lakhs hve a remission of 2/3rd of total fees.

The overall SVNIT EXPERIENCE

Yeah some people had a thing called fee remission which is supposed to be given to the students whose family income is less than 8LPA, like they return some amount of tution fees back to the students depending on their situations, but apparently I didn't like the fact that businessmen or people with some sort of properties like landlords, factory owners had great amounts of income but since on paper they had written less than 8lpa, they've got the remission, and my father works as a government employee,we. Didn't got it, maybe this is a issue I'd like to highlight As a second year undergrad, I haven't yet got any job opportunities, but i wish i get someday very soon But yeah, I'd say overall the course is very affordable, like including the mess and tution fees and hostel fees, the entire btech course is completed in around 8 lakh rupees(obviously if I don't get a year back) which is actually very affordable than other engineering colleges

Tuition fee increase policy is such as follow one lakh tweenty five thousand per two semester(125000) and about 54000(fifty four thousand ) for hostel and mess per year many scholarship are here for every category
