Likes

Campus are very large, beautiful and also the environment is very good.
Good facilities in library and computer center for students to study.
There are good placement records . Approximately 90% of students secure placement in various companies with decent package.

Dislikes

The criteria here is 75 percent attendance.
There is no gap in the exam here due to which the exam week is stressful for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

A curriculum is important in an education system. It helps one plan the education process. A chemical engineering curriculum with a strong foundation in core subjects, integration of modern technologies and practical experience through project and industrial placement is highly relevant and comprehensive. Areas for improvement- soft skills, continuous curriculum updates, etc.

Class Size: 119Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees for btec course at mnit Jaipur is 6.5-7.0 lakh. The duration of the course is for 4 years. Our college offers several scholarships to its students and also the availability of state level scholarships for the students. There are different types scholarships are available like swami sivananda memorial, M.k. Surana scholarship, post -matric scholarship for students with disabilities etc.

Campus Life

Campus are very large, beautiful and also its environment are very good .Except main gate everything is quite good in terms of infrastructure . Blitzschlag is the annual cultural fest of mnit Jaipur. It is a 3-day event and held in February . And Sphinx is the technical fest of mnit Jaipur , held in September. Library are also good and there are different types books are available like spiritual, branch related etc. There are many different types club like level-x , mc^2, music and dance , poetry club etc. and also different types sports activities available like cricket, football , basketball etc.

Admission

Candidate should have passed the 12th examination from a recognised board with pcm as a compulsory subject and must have secured at least 75% marks in the qualifying exam and also Candidate must have a valid jee main score. After qualifying the jee main exam for admission to the ug programmes can be done only thorough CAAB or jossa counselling.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
