College life is all about friends, knowledge and campus and events.
I love this college life as it has so many events and fests which creates refreshment in student boring life.

Dislikes

The campus infrastructure is not that good. It is not properly build. The buildings and classrooms here are not that good.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has two options. Core and non core. So I chose this course as I have interest in coding. The faculties are not that good at teaching. Exams are good. But timings somewhere is short. We have to study online but course from online and offline are different. Professor need to be changed.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure per semester is 65000 + 7500 seat fees. There is no scholarship and branch change facility with good cgpa. Admission fees was 90000 approx. I don't remember about fee structure but it is quite high ( as it is an government college)

Campus Life

Campus Life is so good. The interaction between people are really good. Clubs here are so technical which would help in future. Every type of clubs with student's interest are there. Sports activities are best. Our college won inernit this time. So all curriculum here are best. I am really proud of this.

Admission

Admission process was quite good. It was little hectic as we have to reach before 10 days for admission and paper work. It took 20000 rank for electronics and communication branch. All over the process was fine

There is no major problem in the curriculum regarding to the course. The curriculum covers almost all major real-world applications. But, the there is so much detailed and compulsive study on techniques that are not even used in today's time.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement, too much companies are visited to our campus like , L&T , TATA, TCS many others around 150+ companies. Which is the highest placement in our college is that 20 lakhs and average package is that around 5 to 6 lakhs.

Honestly, i had applied so many NITs but due to my average score in JEE MAINS , i was getting only SVNIT and some Northen east NITs I did not choose other NITs as they are very far apart from my home state. SVNIT -The best for Transportation engineering

I chose SVNIT just because this is one of the best college for transportation engineering. Surat is the best city for seeing the development which is being carried out and a great infrastructure is also available. I had a very good jee mains rank and was getting in every nit and iiits admission in some branches but still i choose this because i had interest in coding and ai.
