The place where I learned a lot academically as well as personally.

All in all I had great experience there , nothing is perfect but I think things are changing and whole hospital and college is become much more strong infrastructurally and academically as well.

It was one of the best in entire Madhya Pradesh which is my home state. And academically also all the departments and faculty members are excellent . Also Bhopal is the state capital so this was the main reason I chose this college. Therefore it was an easy choice to make .

MBBS in itself in one of the toughest courses across the country. It can be very hectic tiering and exhausting for a person who doesn't have an interest in medical sciences... BT as I have the keen interest in this I pulled it off decently. There are total 19 subjects to complete in a duration of 4.5 yrs plus the 1year internship.

Yes Gandhi medical college bhopal does provide 1 year it internship after the completion of the 4.5 ye course. The stipend was 8000 per month till last year but had been recently increased to 10,000 per month.

There are excellent job opportunities as it's a very good college and in the state capital itself. And also the doctor patient ratio in India is already very low so it's a basic necessity which should reach the Indian population and GMC Bhopal is providing great services to the patients.

All the national events like Republic day, independence Day , Gandhi jayanti are celebrated joyously with full participation of faculty and students as well. Apart from that Vasanth panchmi , teachers day , Ganesh chaturthi and nav durga are also celebrated, especially in hostel and college campus. Annual festivals are conducted anually in December with both cultural and literary societies participation

It is a government hospital affiliated college and is. Autonomous body. The fee structure is not at all expensive as compared to other colleges across the. Country ... It is affordable and fee relaxation is also given according to the government rules for reservation candidates.

Scholarships are available for reservation candidates as per the norms of the medical council of India.. personally I didn't avail any.

Campus life is just very good and I already miss it so much. It's a long period of 5.5 years to spend but the atmosphere is very nice . We even had our own well furnished auditorium in which all the seminars and annual functions alumni meets and quiz competitions were held. Also there is sports room with indoor and outdoor sports and a gym as well.

Hostel facility is very good and currently even a new building for hostel is under construction. There are total 4 hostels for undergraduate students and 1 hostel for interns and 2 hostels for postgraduate students. Also the hostels have there own mess.and the food provided is also hygienic and tasty.

Seniors are extremely helpful and one surely do need guidance from a senior in such tough course ,they provide you with all important topics to prepare and motivation for the exams as well.

Exam structure is based on year wise duration and are held annually. First , third and fourth year are of 1year duration each and final xamss are held anually whereas second year is of 1.5 year duration and is done at the end of 1.5 year . In between college tests are conducted along with practical clinalcal exam.

I appeared for the entrance exam , and after the results I got a rank, and then I attended the state councelling which was held in Bhopal only. I came here got my allotment letter for Gmc Bhopal and thereafter got my admission. And paid the fees and submitted all the required documents.

The faculty of Gandhi medical college bhopal is great and very cooperative. Especially the anatomy department as it's the toughest subject of first year . Otolaryngology department , surgery ,medicine and obstetrics and gynecology department faculties are also very awesome as they were my personal favourites.
