My view on my favourite place

Course curriculum is good. They will make us understand the topics step by step. Course curriculum involves viva voces, team projects, group discussions...etc which make us prepare for real world applications. But exams are bit hard, professors are strict regarding marks and grades.

Nearly 20 companies come for internships. Mainly software developer interns are offered for students. Highest intern is also De shaw worth 150000 per month. Many other companies also will come like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Wells Fargo .... Etc.

From 4th semester students are eligible for internships and from 6th semester students are eligible for placements. Highest package is 50lpa and offered by DE-Shaw. Average package is nearly 12lpa per annum. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE is 90%, but for other departments is 70%. My plan is getting placed in the placements.

Tution fee is 130000 per year that means 65000 per a sem. If you are applicable for income less than 5 lakhs or 1 lakh you could get a fee reimbursement. For SC/ST full fee is free. Tution fee 40000 per sem is compulsory for all.

Mainly 2 big events will be held in the college. Aarohi and Axis events. All types of books regarding the course are available in our huge library. Sports facilities are good and training will be given for Inter NIT practice. There are many clubs nearly 30 in the college, you can join in any of them regarding your taste.

For 1st there will be shared rooms for students with 2 persons per room. But from 2nd year there will be separate rooms for each student. Rooms are spacious. Food is OK not much better as Iam from south. Quality of food is fine.

Application is by getting good rank in JEE mains exam. Eligibility criteria is nearly 4000 rank for general students in JEE mains exam. As you know the hardness of JEE mains exam. For a reservation candidate it can be beneficial like for a OBC Student 9000 rank is enough to get admission in the college.
