All about NIT ROURKELA

I chose CSE as it is the best choice for me according to mains rank , curriculum here is almost same as compared to top nit nd IIT . More than 50 clubs are there, in which 15+ are teachincal club and seminar that gives us a lot of exposer to real world Ics gives us a mentor support who's a senior having good cg he suggests how to improve. If Ai/Ml introduced in first year it will better 1 sem completed almost in 4 months In which mid sem is after 40 days then at last end semester occur before the last week .. Exam are normal but strict if any mischievous activities found like bringing mobile phone , invigilator directly debard you from the course then you have to apply the course again in the next year. Btw overall paper level is moderate..if you practice pyq rigorously then you are able to score good grade ... I suggest to maintain 8.5+cg in first year

Microsoft,Oracle, Amazon ,Wells Fargo, math work are giving internship here and you can apply easily after your second year . In which Microsoft is giving the most highest package that is 1 lac while others giving arround 80k . All the data you can easily find out in our college website placement cell and you will find out that the operation stipend will be around 45000 which is a very good amount. By the way I am not participate in any intensive as I am the first year student so I can mention my project sorry by the way you can easily get here college is very good and it is very good

Our placement is quite good and have the highest package of 82 lpa which is offered to a cs student and btw the average packages in cs is 24 LP while the college of Average package arround 15 lpa. You can check all the branch wise placement packages of in the college website.. From second year onwards you are eligible for internship From the stating of 4th year you can eligible for sitting in placement . Top companies like Microsoft offered 52 lpa and select 15+ student Amazon also offered 52.89lpa to 8 students Google also select Some students .. for companies like Disney hotstar and wells Fargo oracle also offered package in our college of so that 100% who are eligible to seat in placement waste on their CG character and all the hundred percent students have selected in the placement time. As I will graduate from cs I will take job then do MBA for better post.

Course course varies from person to person for example if the person belongs to sc or St there is complete before in the tuition fees but they have to pay the raised hostel and mest charges and if someone is belongs to general category what is family income is more than 1 lakh but less than 5 plus family income is more than 8 lakh they have to pay the whole amount and if you are family .. there are lot of scholarship given by the private and in a nightgovernment but to be eligible in scholarship you have some criteria like you have family income and some good grades good grades is definitely hall of the people in nitr there are many campus employment opportunity like we have more than 500 + employees employment opportunities there.. For general category whose family income is more than 8 lacs the cost will be around more than 9.5 lakhs and their will be no chance for any scholarship for financial aid. So study hard and and don't waste your parents money..

The overall college experience is quite go to he have a lot of extra curricular activities including and college corporate with it and give them also financial assistant if you are going outside the outside for any or inter any other matches then college college will give all the amount so that is no problem... 50% plus family odisha so Don't worry if you are not odia as we have zero ragging here.. different type of technical activities like we have Netra shop innovation Cosmo and fruit and some of the professor have done their research in Japan also p taking the next point of the college infrastructure we have the best infrastructure of all NIT and we have the second largest campus if you compared to other engineering college in India. Club culture here is the the best for the junior and senior interaction..you can easily find many clubs where you can sing dance and participate in different kind of sports and college give full support on it

Hostel in the first year experience is very good and we have the largest hostel also.. each room will be allotted to two people and in a block there are 8 rooms are there and in a block and there are two bathroom and two wash room and all the bathrooms of well equipped with geyser and there is proper cleaning in the bathroom and washroom.. in room they provide bed , study table and chair .. two sockets and where you can use upto 2A 220V as the MCB will fall down, so by the way there is strictly allowed that you can't use that water heater for heating proper poses so it will be better if you don't use more than 440 volt hello you can use kulla yaar because summer.. the main quality and the menu is the best I guess I have friends from other and it and iits but here the quality of food is very good and also we have 5 days nonveg is there and also for pure vegetarian there is pure veg mein is also there you can shift to that may there will be no extra charges
