PSIT does everything that a college can do in maintaining the enthusiasm of students and provides very good facilities as well as a platform to showcase your talent, your entrepreneurial qualities.

Internships Opportunities

Those students who have their percentage above 65 are allowed to do internships. As per your work and the company in which you are doing an internship depends on the amount.

Placement Experience

Only students with percentage 65 and above are allowed to sir in placements. Although they provide personality development classes within college hours to develop soft skills.

College Events

There are three main events otherwise there are many events going on in the respective clubs of PSIT. The annual event is IGNITIA, which is a three-day fest and on a second or third day a celebrity is invited (mostly a singer) , an event called AUTUMN ROCK is the most awaited event among the PSITians..Then there is a fresher's party called WAVES and sports event called FOOTPRINTS.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As a BCA students the fee structure is affordable. My fees is around 55 thousand. For B.Tech students, it depends on the branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there are some scholarship plans and they also provide a loan from the State Bank Of India.

Hostel Facilities

I am not a hosteler So I know only a little bit about hostels. But I can surely say that the hostels are very much safe here.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Faculty

The faculties are well qualified and experienced. They never lose in understanding and helping their students. Faculties are always there to help you with your doubts and queries.

Placements at Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) are decent but not exceptional. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onwards. The college provides good placements.Students can become eligible for placements from 3rd year . More than 20 companies visit for campus placements which give multiple offers. Highest package offered -12lpa and average package is around 5lpa.I am planning to pursue MCA after my BCA degree

Best for college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
