Course Curriculum Overview
ECE is a very good field I've heard suggestions to take up ISE or CSE although they are great too ECE is like the base point for any coding only if we design circuit can they code. So it's a very good course. Practical knowledge is moderate. Never heard of any research initiatives even though I've been here for 3 years. There are various elective options, the college website would be more clear to hear from.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, they did provide internship and heard it was good. I did not attend any internships in 3 years, so I don't know the quality or the stipend.
Placement Experience
Placement is not so good here. On an average 35% to 40% get placed. (That might be as low as 8% to as high as 70%, not sure.) Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bosch, Tech Mahindra are some of the major companies, but many small companies also visit here.
College Events
There was many technical fests organized and cultural fest this college is known for all over Bangalore is Acharya Habba. Acharya Habba is very huge accompanying over 10k participants.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It obeys the CET fee structure for the admission year and then the fees is about 65k/Year but the management fee is kind a lot here. It also provides Bus services which is an extra 35k/year.
Hostel Facilities
College offers separate hostels for boys and girls, I didn't stay at hostel, but there are also private PGs outside/around the college. They do offer separate rooms. Food was moderate in quality.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni interactions were good and they did contribute in our department.
Faculty
Faculties all are MTECHT. Experience from 1 to 35 years, on an average being 10 years. Faculties are care free. Some take care of students and their actions but not all. Standard of teaching I would rate it 7 out of 10.
